Amazing from start to finish. Staff extremely friendly. Offered drinks numerous times while I was there. Shelbi did a wonderful job colouring and cutting my hair. Booked in again for a few weeks time.

I took up the special January and February 30 min massage and 30 min facial offer as it’s too good to miss out on. I added an extra 30 mins too for £15. I’m so glad I booked it as it was just what I needed my skin feels amazing, hydrated and glowing. It was blissful Kaya is insane. That good I had to re book thank you your services are always 10/10 ??

Shelbi listened so well to what I wanted and she kept checking in before each step to ensure my hair cut was exactly what I wanted. I’m so happy with my hair!

The salon is modern , spotless , has good quality products and they have a coffee machine for customers.I have diffficult hair to style,(short Bob )with an odd wave in it but the Senior stylist manages to deal with it .

As always, a fantastic experience at Saks. Rachel and Emma always look after me so well & know how I like my hair. Thanks so much.

Missed my original appointment but Emma managed to fit in me in the next day. As always Very happy with the cut and colour. Expert advice from Rachel on curly hair care styling and products. Friendly salon and always made to feel welcome.

JJ is excellent & I loved my finished look but was very disappointed that the 50% off that I was told when I booked would be of the total bill didn't include certain things

I love going to Saks Poulton. I have been going for 18+ months every month and I can honestly say I’ve never left without a smile on my face because I love my hair. Kayla is so intuitive about what I want, my hair has never looked better and the vibe of the salon is relaxed and unpretentious whilst still making you feel like it’s a treat x

Good service pleased with the result My hairdresser listened to my needs and did everything I asked. The only negative is hearing another customer being offered a head massage which I wasn't? So maybe more consistency amongst staff?

I’ve always been nervous about going to the hairdressers but Saks has completely changed my mind. Everyone is so lovely and I always feel so comfortable and happy there. Shoutout to Shelbi - she’s the best! ?
