Saks Hair Poulton

Had a cut and colour today with Laura and I can't thank her enough. I absolutely love my hair and she made me feel really relaxed and gave me some great advice. All the staff are really welcoming and I am looking forward to going back in a few weeks.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Leanne and my therapist from Stockton who treat me like a queen nothing was too much trouble and my hot stones treatment was superb I will be recommending and coming back really soon. Xx

Alison managed to find every knot and ache and sore point and rubbed them out until I could feel heat in the skin and the muscle relaxing. Pain is close to pleasure - but highly commended.

And this 2. Hour full body massage and facial was just that!!

I had a wonderful Caci facial with Alison. The atmosphere and the treatment was all really comfortable and relaxing. The staff are all friendly and wrlcoming and a great advert for their treatments.

Had a visit to poulton saks today with rachel hall fabulous as always nothing is too much trouble and great hair!

I booked for a back neck and shoulder massage and skin consultation. The therapist took on board that I was having back pain and focused the session on this issue. She corrected my back and the soothing massage was lovely. Excellent knowlage on how the skin works and great advice on what products I should be using to aid with some spot breakouts, really tailored to my specific needs.

Firstly, I didn't have an appointment booked weeks in advance, I called the day before hoping for a cancellation and true to their word, they phoned when they had an appointment came free. I went into Saks Poulton after recently having a major, life changing operation and told Sarah who did my appointment, that I didn't feel very pretty or feminine, and she vowed to change that, and wow did she! She did ombré on my hair, and after the first dye and toner, she did it again without complaining or thinking I was an awkward customer, and on the second go we got the desired look. She was beyond friendly, approachable, professional and talented... I can't wait to go back!

I visited Saks for the first time today after being recommended it via a friend. Molly did a gel polish on my nails and they are beautiful. There is a lovely atmosphere in the salon and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Mary as ever carried out all treatments with professionlism She is always chatty cheerful and the whole session is very relaxing I look forward yo all my treatments as I'm always treated well ... Like an old friend

Wouldn't go anywhere else the staff are always warm and welcoming. You can tell how much sara loves her job it shines through, nothing is ever to bigger job for her. Sara is a top class stylist.

Roots and cut and blow dry by sarah at Poulton . Very friendly and great style advise. Relaxed and professional manner. Would recommend sarah and staff at Poulton to all age groups and gender for service and quality products

Rachel Hall has done a fantastic cut and full head of highlights for me today. Since moving away to cheshire I have yet to find a hairdresser who measures up! So I travel back and I know each time I make the journey she will do a fab job. It's worth it. My hair is think and wavy (frizzy!) Rachel cuts and styles it so well, my highlights are perfect. In very happy! Rachel is lovely and always makes you feel relaxed. I would highly recommend her! The salon is clean and freindly too!

I have been going to Sam for my hair for a while now and I couldn't be happier with my hair, it's always perfect. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly in the salon. Saks also did my bridal hair and bridesmaids which again was perfect.

I love visiting Saks Poulton, I always leave feeling truly pampered - thank you ladies x

I had a waxing service with Molly, who as always was friendly, attentive and did a fantastic job. The staff at the salon are all lovely and welcoming, I would not hesitate to recommend for a hair or beauty treatment :)

Been going to this salon since it opened, everyone is so friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble. I take my son who has autism and hates having his hair cut. He kicks and screams but the girls take it in their stride and have lots of patience with him, they go over and above!! I've never had a bad haircut, beauty treatment, or experience. Would recommend this salon without a doubt!!!

Steph is consistently professional and my nails look great everytime. I wouldnt go anywhere else as apart from my nsils looking great , they last longer than anywhere else I
have been. Great job really well done !

Staff are super friendly -nothing is ever too much trouble. Always leave feeling fantastic regardless of what treatment I've had. Pampered today by both Sam and Rachel and ready for a night out with a super bouncy curly blow.

Super lovely service & super finish. My hair is dry frizzy & un- manageable. Sam makes it look shiny, bouncy & sleek.
