Saks Hair Poulton

This was my first visit to Saks, lovely experience ! Very friendly staff, Sam did a fantastic job on my cut and colour !! See you all in 6 weeks ?

The actual hair cut was superb, and the massage while having your hair washed was a lovely touch. However, I did just want to have a cut but was pushed to have a finish, and the finish was not worth the money at all! I felt the experience was definitely not worth the money and wanted to redo my styled finish when I got home. The price with both the cut and the finnish just made me cry, and due to that unfortunately you have lost me as a customer, as then it made the whole experience uncomfortable and non enjoyable.

Had my colour cut and blow dry with sam- absolutely love it!

I came in for a facial with Rachel. It was the best service I've ever had. She was so professional. I was so relaxed and felt like a million dollars when my treatment was completed.

Had a great all round experience at Saks Poulton.
Needing decent nails for my sons wedding so asked Jade for advice. Decided on 'gel nails' which I'm really pleased with. Despite my nails being short Jade has managed to enhance them and I feel like a million dollars today!!
Already booked my next few appointments and so in a few weeks I will have longer and well shaped nails.

Fabulous service throughout, plenty of coffee and magazines as was s long appointment.
Lee is delightful company, and very talented.

This was my first visit to the Poulton salon. I can't thank Rachel enough she really put me at ease and the rest of the staff were just as welcoming. I have made another appointment and hope to be a regular client from now on. My hair is gorgeous and mu husband and sister complimented me on how nice it was.

Went to Rachael after another salon made a mess of my cut - she is very professional and helpful and sorted out the mess !

Always a lovely experience. Whenever I book in for a curly / wavy blow dry Sam always does it perfectly and it lasts me for days. She is always very attentive and clear perfectionist with her work.

The staff gave good customer service as soon as you walked through the door. Lee was very kind and helpful in helping me decide on what to change to give me a better hair style. Very chatty and nice environment. Price was very reasonable!

Absolutely love going to Saks Poulton. Rach has done a great job with my colour, it's better than it has ever been! As well as getting great results it's a really lovely experience. Jade does my eyebrows whilst I have my hair done which is so convenient. Over the last few months she's really improved the shape of my brows and is such a perfectionist I trust her 100%. 5 stars and would recommend both of these lovely ladies to anyone

Half head woven highlights and cut and finish.

Haven't had a proper haircut in a long time due to fear of it all going wrong! I was after Balayage and after nearly a year of umming and arring I decided to go for it. Sam was so friendly, professional and helpful! I was so pleased with how it came out! Will definitely come back for future cuts and dyes. Thank you Sam!

I had a spray tan at SAKS with jade, she was very friendly and gave me lots of advice on how to look after my spray tan, there was a very nice girl called Liv who was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable showing me where to sit and wait and asking if I would like a drink.

Jade is professional, knowledgable and very talented. This is the first time I have had this sort of treatment and I completely trusted Jade to do a good job. I'm really happy with the results.

Following bad experiences at other salons I was nervous to try Saks Hair and Beauty in Poulton when it was recommended by a friend.
However, after having my hair cut and styled by Liv, I won't be going anywhere else!
A great experience from start to finish and would highly recommend Liv as a stylist!

Literally can't fault this place! I'm the most fussy person ever! But I always leave with the biggest smile on my face, feeling a million dollars! The guys are great! They all make you feel so welcome and put you at ease if you're like me and hate letting people mess with your hair.
They actually listen to what you want and give you the results you're looking for!
I will never go anywhere else for my hair!
