Saks Hair Poulton

Recently moved to Fleetwood from Scotland and searched for weeks for a good salon. Sake is a fantastic salon. Nice, friendly staff who were happy to have a consultation with me prior to booking my appointments for both hair and beauty. Had balayage and a cut by Rachel and was so happy! I can't wait to go back this week for my beauty appointments.

After only 4 days, the white tip has come away on one finger. Usually perfect for several weeks but not liking the new white polish :-(

Stylist Laura made me feel very welcome, fully explained everything through out the whole process. Nice atmosphere, polite and good service, would recommend !

Shaun is superb, attentive,pleasant and excellent communication skills this combined with his knowledge of hair is invaluable

Think the title says it all, this lady makes everything better from the moment you walk in to the salon she greets you with genuine warmth, and makes you feel at home and at ease. She is simply a super star hair stylist and well worth a visit, :) hair curly or straight, hair up or hair down she is the best around ;)

Laura was amazing ???? From the hair wash, which was a great head massage, all to way to the end result, which I am very pleased with. She was very encouraging and talked me through the whole process. I enjoyed the whole experience and will be very happy to go again as soon as I need it doing again ???? Thank you Laura xx

I come here every 8/ 10 weeks to have my hair coloured, the service by Steph is excellent, when talking about colours the staff are very thorough by doing strand tests etc. Always welcomed and offered a coffee and always leave with a good colour and cut. Never had a bad experience, staff are lovely and friendly.

I have just had an hours back massage including neck, shoulders and head with Molly. This was fantastic with her getting right into the knotty bits and sorting them out, followed by a fab facial from Stephania again she all the new products on me and it was great. I would highly recommend both these therapists what a lovely afternoon ????????

Enjoyed my visit. The staff were very helpful particularly Molly my Therapist, left with very neat eyebrows. Only critisment would be the price, as I was expecting to pay at most £15 and not £20. K????

My whole experience was amazing with sam! She made sure I knew exactly what I wanted and made sure she knew what I wanted too! She told me it may take time to change my hair colour as I was going from dark brown to blonde balayage! In just one sitting my hair is now blonde and I absolutely love it! Sam is such a lovely girl and gets to know her clients well! Also I was offered drinks all the time when my cup was empty and the hot chocolate was to die for!

This was the first time I have ever had anything done to my eyebrows & was a little nervous. Molly was very friendly & made me feel comfortable.

I had a half head of highlights and a cut and finish with Laura. Extremely happy with the service! Would definitely recommend Saks and Laura to all my friends and family.

I went to saks today for a cut and colour with lovely Sam. I love the way that Sam always helps me and gives an honest opinion and then keeps all of my colours on file so that we know what we like and what works best. I had a shorter and choppier but than usual this time and I love it. It's exactly what I wanted and as usual Sam got it spot on. The colour is just beautiful, rich and shiny and has transformed my whole head!!! I love Sam and will never ever consider another hair stylist again as she is just fantastic - and a really lovely person as well who makes my visits to saks a pleasure (p.s ALL of the staff at saks poulton are fantastic and friendly too, it's just that Sam is my favourite!!!) xx

Very pleasant atmosphere all the girls are lovely. All my life I have never "enjoyed" having my hair done but it is always comfortable at Poulton Saks. I am I have to say a bit disappointed with the colour this time so hope to get it right next time.

I went in last minute and it was no trouble for Sam to squeeze me in. Very happy with the cut , style and finish. Friendly helpful staff team.

Amazing hit all the places needed

All the staff are amazing and so friendly, can't do enough to make you feel comfortable. Love my pink & whites by Stef as well as gel toes. Sam always does a fab job of my hair.....Rachel & Sarah have been so understanding when I bring my son who hates having his hair cut. All the other staff are all so friendly, always have a smile on their faces and are more than happy to help where and when they can. One place I couldn't do without :) and the 3 for 2 makes me an even happier customer!!!

The girls at the Poulton branch were fantastic! Very attentive and polite. Molly did my facial and head massage....it was amazing. I feel so much more relaxed and my skin feels a million dollars. I've already booked another treatment for next week. Once again, thanks Molly and all the girls at SAKS.

Although this procedure comes with some discomfort I can definitely see the results. The therapist Molly has been most attentive and I would recommend her to anyone thinking of visiting Saks Beauty at Poulton.

Before going to Saks, I didn't have a hairdressers I could go to and know I would be leaving happy. I've been to many hairdressers around Poulton-Le-Fylde, Blackpool and Preston... Not once did I come out happy. I took to box dyes knowing if it went wrong, I would only lose a couple of quid. Then I got introduced to Saks...
Every single staff member is extremely welcoming and they instantly make you feel at ease. I have been going to Saks coming up to a year now and every time I visit, it's an absolute pleasure. I have Sarah for my colour and Sam (the queen of curly blows) for my regular blow dries - they are equally fantastic and both take the time to listen and ensure they are providing the customer with the best possible service. I no longer fear going to the hairdressers and just know that every time I visit, I will be leaving happy! I am chuffed to bits with my new colour and already looking forward to my next visit.
Cannot fault the service, quality and atmosphere of the salon!

Went for a hair updo for an event. I'm not food with hair, but Each helped me pick the right style for my face etc. Everyone loved it thanks. I'll definitely recommend.

Loved my new colour. Sarah was very informative with help about scalp problem etc. Liv rinsed my hair and gave a very relaxing scalp massage. Very enjoyable experience and very happy with the finished result.

I was booked in with Sam to have my Extentions done. My hair colour and extensions are perfect. The time and effort Sam put in was first class. Very professional and skilled. Loved every min of my time at the salon, the other staff were friendly, I felt completely at ease. My hair is perfect. Thank you so much Sam, you really are talented at what you do and it shows how much you love your work.

Recently had a rotten uneven haircut from a Blackpool Hair Salon , Sarah at Saks corrected it for me and made me feel good about myself again ❤️

After a disappointing visit to a well know reputable salon where I received a very poor colouring experience, I decided to visit Sam at Saks in Poulton Le Fylde.
Thankfully Sam rectified the colour issue, and I'm back to my old self.

I had gel nails applied last week with Molly. they look brilliant and everyone has commented on the colour (a shiny blue topped with glitter). Molly was very nice, very friendly and did a great job. Will recommend Saks to all my friends.

I had acrylic nails applied at Saks and I'm very disappointed. The nails themselves seemed great when first put on but the application of nail varnish was extremely poor and I repainted them myself the next day. It took less that 2 weeks and they started lifting and had to take them off. I wouldn't go back again, especially for the high price compared to other places.

Thank you so much to Rachel for colouring my hair at such short notice. Love the colour and style.
Staff so welcoming and friendly.
Highly recommend.
Can't wait for my next appointment with Rachel.
