Had my Tints and Shimmers done with Hannah and Cut and blow dry as always with Graham.
Fabulous, felt fantastic when I left the salon as always.

Very professional salon offering kind service from staff once you arrive. The haircut was great and they even washed your hair before.

This was my first visit to Jo & Cass. Toyah was brilliant, she was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I was very pleased with my new hair style and I’m returning to Toyah soon for highlights.

My experience at the salon was great. I haven’t been to a salon for a number of years and my hair was in need of some TLC. Holly was very knowledgable and recommended some products to me to get my hair back to looking healthy again. Everyone in the salon was very friendly and professional. I’ll certainly go back again.

Excellent cut by stylist Holly T. My hair was very short. Holly listened , offerd advice. Cut my hair lovely. I did not think it was possible to have my hair to look like it did. Very pleased-will definitely be back to see Holly when ready for another cut!

Excellent advice from Danielle as usual. She gets to know your hair and blends in roots expertly and advised threading extra blond through the front for a natural look. My hair looked amazing! Danielle makes your hair look the very best it can and is so kind and friendly. It was lovely to see Bradley who always remembers who you are and the reception staff who are very welcoming. The whole team make you feel like family. Can thoroughly recommend!

I love coming and having my hair done with Paige, it's a great experience.She is fabulous at her job and has a vast amount of knowledge.I always love my hair when she has done it 🥰🥰

Loved Liam, he knew exactly what I was going for and gave me the best curly cut I've ever had!

Colour regrowth and finish. Danielle was fantastic, really friendly and did a good job. I had my son with me, and Danielle managed to organise a cut for him too with the barbers whilst I was waiting for my colour to set.

I had balayage foils and was disappointed that they were quite brassy. I mentioned this after styling and I could see the result properly but since they were closing up, the advice was to go back for a toner or buy a semi permanent box dye at home. Bit galling when you’ve spent over £100 having it professionally coloured.

Zero conversation, complained about reception not booking enough time out.
After well over 20 years salon experiences this was not the best !!

Erin really took time on my daughter’s haircut. She was very attentive and patient.

Eryn was great she did mine and my daughters hair thorough consultation for both of us and perfect cuts by the end, she was friendly and made it a lovely experience.

I really enjoyed my hair dressing with Issi.
She was lovely to talk to with a very nice manner.
She is also a very good stylist, she seemed very intuitive and gave me a good trim and fringe cut as well as a lovely hair wash and massage. I would highly recommend Issi to anyone.

I really like the hairdresser I saw. Her name was Isai and she was friendly and chatty.
My hair style was just a trim and fringe cut bet she seemed like a very competent stylist.

Today we had a colour and blow dry with Liam. All staff were professional and polite making the whole jo and cass experience so enjoyable. Liam is an absolute gem if always highly recommend!

As soon as I walked through the door the experience begins ! At reception I was greated like a long lost friend they couldn’t do enough for me. Hot drink of my choice while I waited for Rachel. Rachel came and greated me with a big smile and we discussed what I wanted today. We chatted and laughed and finally I was shown the finished result- gorgeous , just what I wanted! Rachel has been doing my hair for over 20 years she is a gem! ⭐️

I'm so glad I have been asked to leave a review. I recently visited with my daughter (7) for a birthday blow dry. I was so impressed I booked in myself with travelling quite a distance before.

The salon, service, ladies are all so welcoming. Hollie then came to greet me, talked me through everything and has done the most incredible job of my hair- I love it and truly felt as though I have made a friend for life.

Can't wait to return again in a few weeks time. THANKYOU x

Always a pleasant and relaxing experience at Jo and Cass. Samantha always takes the time to get the exact result that I want. Everyone is super friendly and it’s always great value.

Congratulations and thank you for refurbishing the chairs in the hair washing area. I have never felt so comfortable at a back washing basin! Normally I really struggle with them as they were always really uncomfy and I’d gave neck pain for days afterwards. Not this time! Much better! Thank you

I enjoyed my visit. Everything seemed very clean, organised and the staff worked together like a well-oiled machine. I like that the lights are low in the hair washing room so that clients are not dazzled when their heads are back. Everything seems considered and careful. Lois cut my hair really well, advising when requested, but also listening to my requests.
