Always a marvellous experience having my hair coloured and cut by the absolutely lovely Holly B and Lindsey.
All the staff are wonderful but especially love these 2 as they always do my hair for me. They are gorgeous, personable, friendly, caring people who provide such an efficient, professional service and do a fantastic job.

It was my 30th birthday so took my daughter with me to get hair cut and curled for my party the girl I got for my hair was really nice and did a good job however the girl who did my daughters cut her hair fine but could not curl party proper blaming my daughter hair when i manage to curl her hair fine without the training because I said doesnt look curled (the curls didnt even make it to car before was pretty much gone)the member of staff was moody and couldn't curl hair instead huffed and puffed came across ignorant and rude to me as you could probally tell this person has put me off going back for hair,however I would recommend the make up artist there she was lovely and amazing at her job

I had a full re colour to cover my greying hair with 3/4 head of highlights and a cut with Holly. Holly was knowledgeable about the best high and low lights needed to cover my increasingly grey hair. The results are perfect

I accident left my hair until had dreadful roots! The lovely reception staff were so kind in trying their hardest to get me an appointment, they even contacted me with a cancellation so that I got my hair sorted super fast. Danielle absolutely sorted my hair out and made it look stunning. I couldn’t believe the difference from when I arrived. I actually nearly cried. My hair just looked gorgeous and in wonderful condition. Danielle recommended the correct shampoo and conditioner so that I can look after my hair properly at home and she made sure that I have another appointment just before Christmas so that I don’t have yards of roots again!

Both myself and 7yr old daughter attended for a wash cut and blow dry. Great results for myself as usual from Rachel who always cuts my thick and recently unruly hair wonderfully! As always Paige provided an excellent service, chatty, professional and friendly.
Salon staff, the reception team; the lovely lady who normally greets welcomed the lady before me and showed her to her seat. Another staff member came to me, not the same friendly welcome, didn’t help with my gown or coat. No friendly chit chat and overall seemed disinterested in me or my visit. Felt like I’d picked the short straw!
Other staff members however, smiled when I passed, which was nice. Coffee was good, thank you. I’ve taken a star off service and atmosphere because of my welcome experience otherwise it would be a 5 star, Paige is fab.

This was my first time at the salon, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! Holly was my stylist, and I was really impressed with her advice and the care she took when washing and cutting my hair. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. I’m so happy with the result and will definitely be returning. Thank you, Holly!

Excellent service both in the hair salon and in Yana’s Nails.

Came in on the 15th October for a cut and blow with Graham, knew i wanted something a little different discussed with Graham who has always done my hair he knows what I like after a discussion we chose something and I was absolutely amazed. It looks so different for me and I love it.

The staff is amazing, they provide luxurious treatment, Holly B did my smoothening, she was really patient and explained the process step by step. Cleaning bit could have been a little better, otherwise 10/10

Phone last minute to try and get a good trim before going away. Fitted me in the same day and had a very good cut and blow dry from a lovely, chatty and very experienced hairdresser.

Feeling dull & down, I managed to get a last minute appointment with Hannah and came out feeling and looking ten times better. All the staff at Jo & Cass Lancaster are friendly and helpful. I’ve been going for years.
