Needed a change & Lyndsey listened carefully and made some great suggestions, colour & cut looks great!

Excellent experience as always. Lyndsey always gives great advice when I am unsure of what to do with my hair. Coffee was piping hot which is appreciated.

I absolutely love my stylist, no one has been able to cut my hair style the way she does. I get stopped by people in the street all the time asking me where I have my hair cut. She is the best stylist I’ve ever had and I’m 57! Not only is she an amazing stylist, she is great company too. Win win!

I had not been in a salon for years as a friend has always done my hair so trying somewhere new can be quiet scary letting someone else loose who’s never done my hair before . I came into the salon today as a new client and was recommended Aly todo my hair. She’s the best hairdresser I’ve ever had, she made me feel a million dollars. She recommended new colours to me and gave me great advise about what products I should be using. I’ve never had a hairdresser mention a face shape before. I was blown away.

I've been coming to Jo & Cass for 21 years and every time it is a lovely, relaxing experience . Even to my annual glass of champagne at Christmas, everything is done to make you feel good & have a pleasurable experience. All staff are always happy and welcoming. Paige is amazing. I have full head highlights, she uses several colours and takes time & care always checking I'm happy with the result. The cut is always superb.

Yesterday was my forst visit,From walking through the door your staff greeted me with a smile,,took me to reception and hung my coat up,,everyone was so relaxed and gave a warm welcome, the reclining chair and massager was amazing as was the head massage,, I was offered a drink and a magazine whilst Danielle cleared up after her last client,,the whole experience was great ,,I booked another appointment before leaving, thank you all so much,,your salon and staff are a credit to you
