Did not get the result I was hopping for. I always ask for an edgy hair cut that I don’t seem to get. I asked for a specific colour result, I didn’t get that either.

Fantastic friendly service, Helen is amazing, she advised me what will be the best colour for my hair and also gave me tips on how to maintain it. Love my hair ! Thank you.

The staff are super friendly and the building is lovely.. the prices are reasonable and they even offer you a free alcoholic / soft drink. Lois is always attentive and listens to what I want. I love the head massage on a massage chair.

Danielle was fabulous as always. She suggested slightly darker low lights for me which totally worked and gave my hair a much more natural look. Danielle is lovely, I always look forward to seeing her and always leave feeling pampered!

From the moment you walk into Jo & Cass you know you're going to be treated to a lovely experience. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, the building is beautiful and the decor clean calm and tranquil. Hayley has been my stylist for 10 years and has guided me through my many hair changes from colouring, changing styles, and making my transition to my natural silver hair seamless and easy. She always goes the extra mile for me and as well as being an excellent colourist and cutter she is lovely and friendly.
In addition to all the hair expertise you get at Jo & Cass its all the little touches they do that make you feel that you are a valued customer and keep me coming back. Overall excellent salon with excellent customer service and definite value for money.

I loved the hair wash area with the massage chairs, I felt so comfortable . I thought the customer service and attentive stylists were outstanding .I definitely will be returning.TJ was really professional and gave me what I wanted but provided advice about what she felt would suit me.I really trusted her.He skills were flawless and she is a great stylist.I am absolutely in love with my hair.I felt the price was reasonable and I was happy to leave a tip.

I can’t find the stylists name on the drop down - *******. She seemed quite distracted and we felt a little rushed. It was meant to be a nice treat for my daughter’s birthday, but not the experience we were hoping for or have had previously in this salon. My daughter is happy with her hair cut, but certainly wasn’t made to feel ‘pampered’ in any way. Cold coffee served just before we were ready to leave.

Vicky always has excellent suggestion as to colour and style that actually suit my hair. Her skill is second to none. she’s always professional, pleasant and very supportive.
The rest of the staff are also really good. The Juniors always wash my hair and provide feet up, massage and head massage with a really good attitude.

I’ve been coming to Hollie for around three years now. , Holly is a very professional hairdresser, she takes great care of my hair and is always lovely and friendly making a visit to the salon a fab experience. I feel very fortunate to have Holly as my hairdresser.

Always a lovely experience. The salon is welcoming as are the receptionists. Faye is a lovely and much experienced stylist in whom I have complete confidence.

As always, a great cut and care. Hot water bottle provided as an extra treat!
