My first visit to Louisa John after moving to Garstang in December and I was made very welcome. Lydia made an excellent job of sorting out my lock down hair which hadn't been cut for 9 months!

Always a pleasure to visit the salon even in these difficult times. Great staff who are welcoming, friendly and professional.

After months of not being able to have contact with anyone it was so amazing to walk into an environment that was welcoming, warm and friendly. From Ruth on reception greeting me on arrival to the treatment in the beauty room that I have craved for months. As usual my therapist was fantastic and I left feeling de fuzzed, not only on my face, but de fuzzed of stress. Thank you Sarah and to all of the staff today. 10/10 as always. Trying to think of things I could have done to treat myself so I can come back even sooner.

Once again I’m really pleased with my hair cut.

Couldn't wait to get my hair cut after another lock down. As always Helen does a great job cutting my hair and does it exactly how I ask. Also I feel very safe due to the covid rules the salon has in place.

Helen has been styling my hair, for over 13 years now and I change my colour and style a lot! She is always keen to help me achieve the look I want, she's a very talented colourist and stylist and also very good company.

I have just been to the hair salon where Helen S has just given me a absolute lovely hair cut which I am so so happy with. First time since lockdown I have had a haircut. The salon was well organised and felt totally safe. As for the haircut it was up to the usual excellent standard. Even with my mop of hair!
