The kind of good service you expect from this establishment. Friendly and efficient staff with the usual welcoming cup of coffee. Helen Cookson chatty and attentive she did the usual nice job on my hair.

Usual good service from the staff. Impressed by the anti coronavirus procedures including the use of hand sanitizer, cardboard cups and the spacing between clients. Helen as usual friendly and did a nice job on my hair.

Sarah has been waxing my eyebrows for ages now and I am always so happy with the results. I have recently started having laser hair removal treatments with Sarah too and after two sessions I have seen a massive difference in hair growth. I’m so pleased somewhere local is offering this. Sarah is a great therapist and I would highly recommend her and the salon in general.

Jo carried out my regular treatment skilfully as always. It is always a pleasure to see her.

I always feel looked after by all the staff from the moment I walk in to the mom et I leave.
Lydia, yet again did a lovely job on my hair, with a partial head of foils, and cut as blow dry.

Always a pleasure. I feel valued and most importantly listened to. The salon is welcoming and has a friendly calm atmosphere. Everyone is approachable and helpful.
I don’t have a lot done , a monthly cut and blow. Never been a great fan of going to hairdressers but Jess , Louise and all the Louisa John team have changed that . It’s now my monthly hour of relaxation and clam- and I leave with my hair looking fab
