Always a pleasant and relaxing experience: First class outcome.

I have a regular appointment with Jess, I love the way she cuts my hair! I will not go anywhere else, she is an awesome hairdresser!

Such a warm welcome by all within the salon. Always delighted with the cut I get, with the style keeps in shape till my next appointment.

I visited the salon as I wanted my hair and makeup done for a special event. The girls were lovely - very professional and asked exactly what I wanted. I was absolutely delighted with both at the end of my visit. Amazing job and I would highly recommend the salon. I will be calling again.

I have naturally curly hair and the salon are great at allowing me to leave the salon with my hair wet and some of my own products in it …they listen and work with me for what I want rather than any preconceived ideas. Brilliant . Never had this before and it’s refreshing. Suggestions made rather than imposing their thoughts.

I asked Sarah for a 'therapeutic' back, neck and shoulder massage and she didn't disappoint! All my knots and kinks have been thoroughly worked through, thanks to Sarah listening to my needs and me trusting her to do the job, which she most certainly did. Thanks, Sarah!

I really love the haircut done by Louisa today, I was a bit afraid western haircut style might not suit me before I came to the shop, however she is very professional, the hair style really suits me. And she is helpful and patient, she gave me detailed advices on how to dye my hair next time. Looking forward to dying my hair ? Thank you very much!

Delighted, Jess took in to consideration my natural colouring and advised how to achieve the colour I wanted. She spoke with knowledge and understanding, when it came to the cut Jess again displayed knowledge and was able to cut my hair in the style I was looking for while explaining in depth what she was doing and why. After moving in to the area two years ago I have been looking for a stylist .I feel I have found her!

Love going to Helen. She is always on time for my appointment. I like how she massage my hair when she puts conditioner on. I go to Helen for a wet cut, she always drys my hair! Love how she cuts my hair. Helen is great to get on with.

Thanks again for another great colour- feel great after a shorter cut and loads of people have commented on how nice it is and what a good cut it is. To have a coffee too was a lovely taste of normality too! It always feels like a friendly calm oasis coming to Louisa John's so thanks again.
