First time visit to salon. Loved my haircut. Listen to what I was aiming for. Given some excellent advise and subsequently have rebooked in for some colour refresh to enhance the style.

My stylist did not cut my hair with layers as I'd asked her to, it's just been done straight across the bottom. I couldn't see what she was doing as my hair was over my face the whole time, otherwise I would have asked her to at the end.
Also I rarely have any time to myself with 2 small children so a last minute slot to come in today was meant to be a nice chill and a treat, so I am quite upset that she didn't offer me a drink today and also didn't ask me anything about myself. I feel like as part of the experience of having your hair done you should be made to feel a bit special, even if that just means asking the client a bit about themselves. My stylist didn't ask me one thing and chose to just speak about herself. She didn't even know my name by the end and asked the lady on reception to "sort out her lady". I won't be returning to this hairdressers again and just wish that customer experience is focused on a bit more in your shop to make the little pamper time us ladies have a bit more special.

A warm welcoming experience, fabulous coffee and hot chocolate served. A patient and precise hairdresser who took the time to listen to my requests and a beautiful hair style resulted. Definitely recommended!

This is an excellent salon that I would thoroughly recommend. I had a cut and colour by Louise and it was fabulous. All the staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I had a great experience with Sarah both on Tuesday 19th and today 21st. Feet fell wonderful after my pedicure today and lashes & eyebrows look great.?

Great salon quality of service, products is top the staff know what they are doing are friendly. I’ve had laser treatment on my legs it’s worked great went for a top up treatment last was 5 months ago after the initial course recommended.

Just what I wanted!

Had a shellac nails with Lauren and she was fabulous! So gentle with my cuticles (I am super sensitive for this!) & did a great job with the shellac gel. I'm very pleased and will definitely come back !

Absolutely recommend Lauren fantastic caring lovely girl ....I'm 54 & have never had my eyebrows done before she put me at ease & the result was fantastic.....Thank you.
