Had my hair cut today by Hannah! It was lovely to visit such a great salon full of lovely, friendly stylists. Hannah did a fantastic job of my hair! I love it!

Absolutely delighted with hair by Nadine. She made sure I was 100% happy with colour and she is a perfectionist with her cutting and styling. Can’t rate her highly enough - thank you Nadine.

Hannah listened to exactly what I wanted and made it happen! All staff lovely as usual and highly recommend the service I received today and have always received using this salon.

First time I receive such an excellent service & never been that satisfied with the result after leaving a hair salon. Sinead went above and beyond to understand exactly what I was looking for. I love this place! Hannah gave me a fabulous blow dry today! I have loads of hair and the girls always do such a good job! It’s such a nice salon, friendly, lovely products and great service!

Nadine advised me about tweaking my colour and gave me a great cut.She is always so bubbly and takes care to make her clients feel at ease.I can just sit back and relax as I know Nadine will give me a five star cut,colour and blow-dry as always.
The Salon was very airy and cool despite the boiling hot day.Spotlessly clean.
All the staff are welcoming and friendly the minute you walk through the door.
The only downside is the Cash Only payment.I don't carry cash since Covid and prefer to pay by card but this is no longer accepted here

This was my first time at 13:02 having recently moved into EK. I was nervous as going to a new salon/hairstylist is something you can easily get wrong. However as soon as I was in Pamela made me feel very welcome. She listened to what I wanted and advised me how I can obtain the look and maintenance I wanted for my hair. She was friendly throughout the time I was there as well as the other girls in the salon chatting away to me. Sinead was also great when it came to my toner and hair wash…the head massage was to die for. Could have stayed there all day. It was a lovely service all round with tea and water etc and the end result was exactly as Pamela had described it would be and I couldn’t be happier. It’s the best hairstyle I’ve had in a while. Can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely delighted with my hair. I came here after going to a few different salons. My hair was all different kinds of colour of blonde roots were awful. Pamela totally transformed my hair and that's exactly what I wanted. I'm usually quite nervous going to a new hairdresser but I felt totally at ease and in good hands. All the girls in the salon seemed lovely and I felt so relaxed. Looking forward to my next appointment xx

Always delighted after an appointment with Pamela. Recently went from a copper colour back to blonde and love the colour we have got to. All staff in the salon are so friendly, would recommend to anyone!

I haven’t been to a hair dressers in years before seeing Pamela at 1302 and I was incredibly anxious about it, to the point I was just going to cancel the appointment but after receiving a courtesy call from Lynne who not only listened to my worries, she phoned me back with a solution to ease some of my anxiety by moving my appointment to a time where the salon would be less busy. I felt so much better about going in for my appointment! From walking through the door I felt welcome! The staff were incredibly friendly and kind! Pamela was fantastic with me. She was patient and reassuring and before I knew it I was walking out the door with a fantastic hair cut and a huge smile with no anxiety at all! I cannot praise the team highly enough! What is probably just the normal way they treat the people in the salon was so much more to me and I can’t thank them enough!

From the warm welcome from everyone as you walk in the door, to cheerful goodbye as you leave, the 1302 experience is always amazing.
As usual I attended my appointment with a couple of ideas but not really a clue what I wanted. Pamela listened to me and gave me a cut and colour which is amazing.
I have been coming to 1302 for around 7 years now and would never go anywhere else.
