My first visit to the salon and what a great experience. The ladies are all lovely and very welcoming. The salon is beautiful and the service is fantastic. I had a restyle with Hannah and can honestly say its the best hair cut I've ever had! She understood exactly what I was asking for and done an ever better job than I could have imagined. Looking forward to my next visit.

Going to 1302 feels like family get together. The vibe in the salon is amazing and full of fun. The treatments are explained to you by your stylist before going ahead with the best look for you.

The management and all th girls are so lovely .. my hair is the best it has ever been..Its such a buzzing place and so relaxing at the same time.absolutely spotless..wouldn't go anywhere else now....???

Had a fantastic time today with the 1392 team. Such a warm welcome from everyone when I arrived. Was in need of some pampering & could not be more delighted with todays visit. I told Pamela a few things that I liked/disliked and gave her a bit of a free rein, and I love it. She’s very creative and can interpret what I am saying into the perfect colour!!

Hannah is a superstar, I had an amazing ash blonde full head of colour and it looks fantastic. Hannah was so skillful at working with my natural colour, blending and enhancing so that I now get compliments wherever I go. Hannah and all the girls welcome you into the most friendly, relaxing, electric atmosphere while being so highly skilled and professional. Amazing stylist, wonderful salon.

Sinead transformed my hair to copy a photo I’d shown her of soft waves . I was absolutely delighted as was going to a wedding . I loved what she had done and even after sleeping it’s still Intact . I’ve booked her for my own wedding in September as she was amazing

Nadine was absolutely amazing! I had a picture in my mind of what I wanted but couldn't vocalise it but Nadine read my mind and I am so so happy with what she created! I always look forward to my appointments at 1302 because all of the girls couldn't be anymore lovely and welcoming and it's always the best atmosphere! Can't wait to come back ?

I had an appointment today with Sinead and she was absolutely fantastic. She recently graduated but you would never know, She's one of the most competent hair dressers I've ever went to. She is clearly passionate about her job and gives you her full attention She transformed my super long dull hair and I left feeling like a new woman. I've already booked back in for her for my colour next month.
I've been to the salon a few time in the past and it was fantastic as always, warm and welcoming, full of chat and laughter. They really know how to look after their clients. If you are considering try them, do it, you will never go anywhere else

From moment I walked in I was made to feel so welcome, young Chloe the salon junior was just so nice and chatty. It's taken me years to pluck up the courage to go to a salon and have my long black hair chopped off to having foils too. Hannah put me at ease straight away and we decided on colours together, Hannah is a fantastic stylist and we chatted the whole time and she was genuinely interested in my life story (just as well lol) my experience was that good that Hannah will now be my stylist for the rest of my life and my next appointment is in 8 weeks and can't wait. Their customer service is world class and not just saying it as I've worked in lots of shops etc, and their coffee is amazing and the presentation of it, this Salon should have a huge gold star above their door ?❤️?‍♀️

Hi I had a lovely last minuit (cancellation) appointment with Nadine to lighten up my hair before my holiday. Nadine was very thorough and took time to discuss what I was hoping for but also explained realistically the best steps to take to achieve the result without damaging the hair. The salon was very pretty and loved the choice of drinks available so felt like a real treat. I'm moving towards a lighter overall shade that should be achieved with a few more visits. Nadine is very bubbly! She has great energy.

I had an excellent experience on my first visit to the salon, I’ve never been to a more friendly, chilled out salon and always get out of place but the moment I walked in everyone was so nice. Hannah was so lovely and friendly, my hair was a mess when I went in and I was quite embarrassed but she worked her magic and I left feeling great and will definitely book again!

Cut and colour done exactly the way I like it as always by lovely Hannah who always make it such a lovely relaxing time.

First time having Nadine do my hair and I have to say she was lovely. Really knowledgeable and was very honest about how my colour might go. No need to worry though as it turned out amazing and probably the first time in a long time I've been really happy with my colour. The whole salon has a warm and inviting vibe and the coffee is to die for.
