I have been getting my hair cut and coloured by Hannah for around a year now, and every single time she does an incredible job. Always on hand to give her thoughts and does such an amazing job every single time. She listens, offers her thoughts and ultimately does exactly what you want! The salon is clean, super friendly and everyone works so hard… I don’t think I will go anywhere else!

I booked an appointment for my daughter and was advised it was with Nadine. I called the salon at really short notice after being let down by another salon and you were able to fit my daughter in. My daughter really enjoyed her experience and has not stopped talking about it saying the stylist was lovely.
When I called for a last minute appointment I was told it would be a cut and blow dry. I explained I did not want her to have a cut and blow dry and she just needed a cut as was coming home for a bath afterwards anyway. I was advised I would be charged the full price regardless of if I opted to get her hair washed and blow dried or not. I was advised she was taking up an appointment and that's "how they work" and "I am not being awkward with you pal". As this was a last resort and her hair needed cut for an occasion with no other time to get it done I went through with it. I find it really disappointing that this is the case in a modern salon. It is very common for children to get a dry cut with no need for products, wash and blow dry but this was not an option. I was also charged over the odds for this due to 'taking up an appointment' when a dry cut would have taken much less time. I appreciate an appointment was offered last minute and it helped with the situation I was in but I feel this salon is over priced and does not take into account the needs and wants of their customers. This type of customer service (although not the overall service) has made me question if I will use the salon again.

Sinead is very attentive and professional when hair washing colouring and making customers have a good experience at the salon great with clients and works well on demand with stylists to create great service and relaxing hair appointment

Salon is first class and Pamela is a credit and joy in her work and can not do enough to make sure you are most welcome and every detail of your hair cut style colour is done professionally

Great friendly atmosphere. Wanted a slightly darker colour and shorter cut this time and Pamela got it perfect, love my new hair and looking forward to my next visit.

I have been coming to this salon for about 4 years now. After getting my hair done by a few of the girls who have now moved on to pastures new, Nadine coloured my hair for the first time today and omg I just love it. I have never had a bad hair cut from 1302 but I have to say Nadine is amazing and definitely knows her stuff. Thanks so much again and see you all soon xx

My hair has been in Nadine’s hands for years, she has kept my naturally dark hair blonde and bright and healthy for years and years. She’s an absolute perfectionist and I wouldn’t have anyone else.

I had been to the salon previously then went somewhere else. I wasn't happy with my last cut so I returned to 1302. I got a cancellation with Pamela. She listened to what I was looking for, I am so pleased, my cut is perfect and I can actually style it properly myself. I cant wait for my next appointment for colour.

My talented stylist gave me great advice, which I took. The resulting transformation from long lank fine hair to a healthier, fuller looking bobbed style made me feel a million dollars. Wonderful atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble. I left feeling pampered and relaxed..

Cut and colour done to perfection as usual! Great bunch of friendly girls! Kate the Saturday girl is fantastic and very pleasant. Never disappoint after all the years of going to the salon.

This was the first time I had Pamela doing my hair and i’m always a bit nervous when it’s someone new but I had no worries Pamela was fabulous and I am delighted with my hair. The salon is a lovely place to spend a couple of hours and all the staff are lovely and friendly and very knowledgeable about the different products and styles . Excellent salon .
