Charlotte always does an amazing job and today was no exception.

It was my first time visiting the salon the other day, i was made to feel welcome by all staff! My stylist Charlie took the time to listen to what i wanted and advise on a glossing treatment for next time to help achieve a more shiny look to my hair! Charlie is very friendly and easy to talk to! Ill definitely be back!

My 9 year old daughter had a cut and finish and is really happy with the results. She loves her shorter style and waves. She really enjoys the whole pampering treatment!

As ever, my experience at Shine was great. Helene always makes time to discuss my hair condition and suggests colours, cut/style that is always spot-on. I am always so well looked after and really enjoy my hair wash and head massage! Shine is a sanctuary

My mother in law is elderly and poorly but in desperate need of a haircut, long overdue. Ellie was wonderful with her, gentle and very caring. All the staff made her feel wonderful and she came out glowing. Thank you so much, my. Husband who accompanied her was so happy she experienced such good service.

Liv is so knowledgeable and clever she wants the best results for my hair it was so damaged and I didn’t know what to do with it I have left the salon with a beautiful colour and shiny healthy looking hair that I haven’t had for years I can’t wait to go back and have my extensions put In lovely salon lovely staff

Liv is an outstanding stylist and colourist. Every time I leave Shine I feel like I have had the ‘red carpet’ treatment. Liv always go above and beyond, I can see the effort and passion she puts into styling my hair to get it looking the best. She really does make the extra effort and I appreciate it.
It means something when someone else cares more about your hair than you do.

As always Charlie gave me a super haircut. The service is always professional. I was however a little surprised with the increase in price. Perhaps the cost should be in line with time spent on the haircut and finish.

As always a great experience, despite the fact Emily was on her last day before maternity leave!
She took the time to listen to me regarding my hair colour and came up with the solution, what will I do without her!

Grace had a full head of highlights with a cut and finish. She was overjoyed by the whole experience. Her hair is outstandingly good from colour to finish. Hayley took particular care to maintain the condition and work with her natural hair colour. The result was super.

I had a Lovely wash and blow dry with Ellie this afternoon she is very professional & did my hair exactly how I wanted it! The salon is very welcoming! Fab experience!

I’ve been coming to Charlie for years, and she’s a pleasure to visit. Not only does she work with you on long-term hair goals, she provides advice and guidance along the way. The whole salon feels like a great team, with the senior girls on hand to train and help the junior members.

I’ve had my hair coloured 3 times by liv and I’m always so pleased with the results. I’ve had years of trying to colour my hair blonde and always been disappointed by the results until I started coming to see liv who exceeds all my expectations. She always listens to what I would like and give her opinion which is always needed. She makes my experience at shine feel really luxurious and like a real treat, drinks are offered and magazines throughout the treatment. All staff are so friendly. Definitely worth every penny.

Had a new colour added to my normal ones and I absolutely love the effect, I had quite a bit cut off the length so overall I feel restyled. I’m very happy with my new hair. Liv always asks how I’ve been coping with my hair and if I still like it. She will then suggest different things. The result is always good , I’m never disappointed.

Another lovely cut-I have fine wavy hair and Chloe knows how to cut it so it looks it’s best.
