I’ve had my hair coloured 3 times by liv and I’m always so pleased with the results. I’ve had years of trying to colour my hair blonde and always been disappointed by the results until I started coming to see liv who exceeds all my expectations. She always listens to what I would like and give her opinion which is always needed. She makes my experience at shine feel really luxurious and like a real treat, drinks are offered and magazines throughout the treatment. All staff are so friendly. Definitely worth every penny.

Had a new colour added to my normal ones and I absolutely love the effect, I had quite a bit cut off the length so overall I feel restyled. I’m very happy with my new hair. Liv always asks how I’ve been coping with my hair and if I still like it. She will then suggest different things. The result is always good , I’m never disappointed.

This is my second time visiting Ellie after a not such good haircut at the previous salon visited. Ellie understood exactly what I wanted and how to cut my hair so it can be worn straight or using my natural curls something that be can quit challenging. She has given me advice regarding colouring my hair and how we go about sorting out some banding I have. I just want to thank Ellie for an amazing service from start to finish. The salon is welcoming and everybody is so friendly.

I came in today not knowing what to do with my hair. Leigh spent at least half an hour discussing recommendations, which I’ve never had before anywhere!! I had two other members of staff for colour & hair straightening with extensive knowledge advising me too. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you all so much

Liv has perfected my hair, which not everyone can do. As someone with very curly hair, it can be difficult to style it in certain ways, but Liv always manages to nail it without leaving me looking like a mushroom head. Another amazing result, thank you!

As usual, I had a lovely experience with Liv today. I came in for a balayage, cut and finish and I love it so much. You can tell how much Liv knows about hair and also her passion for her job as we went through what I would like and she explained the different ideas and options for what she could do. There were many moments where I almost fell asleep as she is very gentle and the atmosphere in the salon is extremely relaxing.

Chloe was really lovely and patient cutting my daughters hair. My daughter had never had her hair washed before at a hairdresser’s (normally just sprayed with water) but Chloe took her time with her as she was a little scared. Thanks Chloe for a great experience! Love the haircut too!

I had my hair coloured and washed yesterday by the lovely Ellie. The whole experience is always delightfully peaceful with a bit of a laugh with Ellie then 3 copies of Hello and an great job done on my hair.
