Liv is a miracle worker! My hair is unrecognisable since my first visit (this was my 3rd!) she listened to what I wanted to achieve and nailed it! She’s also given lots of great advice to strengthen my hair which has really helped. I honestly can’t recommend Liv highly enough! Great colourist and so easy to get along with:

I may return but I had to make all the conversation and it felt quite awkward. Part of the reason it's nice to go to a salon, is the chat! I had to ask when my hair was straightened that, the little bits around the temples and in front of the ears, was also done.
On the phone when booking I was told it would be a half price treatment as a birthday treat and I asked for confirmation of this. It was confirmed but turning the salon, was told that it was 50% off the blow dry and not the total.
Seeing Helene and having my hair done is one of my life-treats. Always 10/10 service. Friendly salon where I always come away feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Always late and twice now overcharged! I have sat in the salon for half an hour past my appointment time whilst the technician leaves me waiting with no apology. Unbelievable!

It’s been a year since I started my journey with liv when I walked into shine my hair was extremely damaged and in terrible condition with broken short hair with livs expertise I have walked out today with hair I could only have dreamt of I thought my hair was ruined forever she is so clever the whole team in shine are amazing happy and friendly from the minute you step in the juniors give you a warm welcome and will do all they can to help you and the stylist thank you Ladies you are the best x
