Emily always does a fantastic job, listening to my concerns and producing a fabulous result that no other hairdresser has ever achieved with my rather unruly hair.

I have had my hair cut and coloured but Claire for years as she is an amazing hairdresser and one of the loveliest people I know. I’ve had long hair, shorter hair, darker and lighter but every single time I’ve left the salon I’ve loved my hair, and also in the weeks after. If I come with ideas, Claire listens well, or if I’m not sure what I want I trust her recommendations and always love the end result. I look forward to my 3 hours at Shine every 6 weeks!
The salon is lovely too, I’m always made to feel welcome by the other girls and am always offered drinks and magazines. An amazing hairdresser experience every time!

Emily was recommended to me when I asked a nurse at my surgery who cut her hair, as it was just how I wanted mine. I am very happy with how Emily cut mine.

It took me a while to find a replacement for my ‘Vidal Sassoon in the City’ hairdresser but I am happy that I found Leigh.

Whether I’m having my hair cut or coloured, Liv always does an amazing job and I always leave the salon extremely happy with my hair. Liv is very professional and great to have a chat with! I also love the range of products the salon uses and the fact I can buy some to use at home.

As always Emily was efficient, professional and gave the best head massage! I left wishing I had somewhere special to go to tonight as my hair looked so good! I always get comments from strangers when I go into shops in West Malling after my appointment Then it poured with rain!!? and I (and my lovely hairdo) were drenched!.

Claire gave a lovely cut was very attentive and listened to exactly what I wanted, she was great at explaining what she was doing and I loved how it turned out.

I have been going to Shine hairdressers for about 18 months now and Liv has been doing my hair for about a year. I’m always very pleased with the results, she gives good advice on treatments, colour and products available. If you’re thinking of having your hair done at Shine I would recommend Liv.

Liv was incredibly professional and explained lots of different hints and tips on styling my hair. She helped me decide what I’d like and then expertly carried it out, really impressed by her and the hospitality of the whole salon. I will be a repeat customer for cuts and colour!

An uncomfortable experience. Couldn’t wait to get home. A rare treat to have my hair done. Would not return. The Salon was clean and airy. Haircut satisfactory. Shame because it could be so lovely.
