I don't think I've seen the same stylist twice here, my call on this. Yet every person I've had has manage to cut, tame and style my thick, curly, unruly hair and always do an amazing job. I love that feeling when leaving with gorgeous hair. The staff are all amazing and skilled. Always felt welcome and relaxed and never disappointed. Can not recommend shine enough.

My husband and I have moved to the Canterbury/Folkestone area in recent months but both still come up to West Malling for our Shine appointments with Emily and Claire. Very professional and trust with my hair! Thank you.

I had my hair washed and blow dried by the apprentice Ellie and I’ve never been so in love with my hair. She’s coloured it previously, but the amount of care and attention that went into the wash and the blow dry was admirable. I felt very informed of what products were being used and their purposes and will definitely be rebooking. The salon itself was very clean and tidy and given the post-covid situation I felt very safe too

My first visit to Shine. I had colour and cut by Helene after 6 months of haven’t visited hairdressers.
Helene took time to find out what I like (I wasn’t really sure what I want) and she made lots of suggestions, how my hair would look great for longer and suggested a colour and style, which would be easy to maintain.
Helen was super friendly, easy to talk and did amazing job with my hair.
I loved the prescription card I got given afterwards, which shows everything what was used to make my hair to look so great.
Definitely will return !

Did a great job of my 7 and 9 year olds’ thick hair. Didn’t hang around (a good thing with children!), but made sure she checked it all properly and did a nice blow dry so they both felt pampered.

Amazing as usual but the colour is perfect & my hair feels lovely!!

So lovely to return to Zoë, my favourite stylist after so long in lockdown. Badly needed the cut and also my roots and highlights made good again by the lovely Grace. Although Shine is not the cheapest around I would not go anywhere else and as far as I’m concerned it’s money well spent. Some hairdressers can be a bit daunting but Shine is always friendly and welcoming.
