I was originally recommended this salon by a friend who gets her hair done here and I’ve never looked back.
I always see cat, she is a colour queen, always listens to what you want to achieve and spends time on making it right and suggesting things that might work.
I have been to many colourists and she is a-mazing!
The other girls in the salon are always really friendly and make you feel welcome.
Never had a problem there and would recommend to anyone. Prices are average - high but you get what you pay for!

I had my hair done, love it, fussy 11 year old daughter had hair done, loved it. I’d say that’s a win. Always super customer service, combined with skilled staff.

It was my first visit to the salon as a client (but my daughter and mum are regulars). Really pleased with my cut. Looks so much better. It’s the first time I’d had my hair done since lockdown so I was a bit nervous, but it was a very relaxing experience. Very friendly service. I’ve already booked to go back for a colour!

Grace was a brilliant at the consultant and helped me decide what I needed done to my hair previous to the appointment. At the appointment she was welcoming, conscientious and informative, she really took notice of what I needed and wanted, she explained what she was doing throughout and has a very in-depth knowledge of hair and this is reflected In her skill. She is lovely to talk to and very professional, I felt perfectly safe and listened to! We highly recommend! The salon has been done to a high standard to comply with covid rules too.

Have been with Lorraine for many years now and have never been disappointed. Today was no exception. I have gone for quite a new look and change of colour and I am thrilled with the finished result. Lorraine always listens really carefully to what I want and spends time understanding the look I am going for. She got it exactly right and I am really happy. Colour and cut are perfect. Colours done by Grace who always understands exactly what I want but also makes helpful suggestions, followed by the usual superb cut and finish by Zoe. Not the cheapest but in my opinion one of the best salons around. Staff are always friendly and welcoming in spite of the current circumstances, ensuring the client is well looked after. Highly recommended.

Just home and thrilled with my haircut. I’m paranoid about having do much cut off my long hair and Charlie always does as I ask. She suggested more layers and shaping and the result is just lovely. Absolutely brilliant, Lily was very professional, and gave me advice on my hair. Cut my hair actually how I wanted it and she styled it really well. The blow dry was so good, I have no idea how she managed to curl my hair, and have woke up the day after and the curls are still there. I was very pleased and will definitely be going back to Lily. Also with COVID at the moment, they hygiene was of the highest standard, your temperature is check and everyone wearing mask, very professional.

The salon was definitely different than before Lockdown but I felt welcomed and perfectly safe.
It was the first time I had Grace as my Stylist Alice has left and I have to say I am very happy with my new haircut and style.
I had a lot of hair and now I feel more human!

Lorraine has cut and coloured my hair for over 30 years. I trust her implicitly and listen to her advice.
Even during lockdown my hair still had shape which proves if you have a good cut it makes all the difference.
Would definitely recommend Lorraine.

Grace did my colour and I was really pleased with it. Great tones. Then Helene did the cut and finish and did so to perfection. I came out very pleased indeed!

Really excited to have my appointment with Grace for highlight and lowlights - a change for me from tinting. Great relaxed atmosphere. Grace was super skilful and I was thrilled with the result - really enhanced the cut I had with Helene the week before. A very satisfied customer.

I visited Shine for the first time. Charlie was very attentive. I was happy with my cut and colour. Charlie gave me the best head massage that I've had in a long time, nearly fell asleep. I felt very pampered. I look forward to my next appointment.
