Michelle gives an excellent service every time I visit her for beauty treatments. However the experience is somewhat spoiled with church music being piped. I’m making a desperate plea for this music to be stopped as I’m not churchy and it grates on my nerves!! Sorry ladies but next time I’ll be putting my earphones in so I don’t have to hear it!!

Post operation feeling like rubbish I step in to Saks with an out grown undercut and dirty root re growth. Tash as always knew exactly what I needed, did my colour in a clever way that means I can wear it back and forward. Left the salon feeling fantastic! Spring hair has sprung!!! Thanks Tash and all the crew for always making me feeling like I stepped in to my local ????

Natasha always makes my hair look amazing! I have been having Natasha cut & highlight my hair for about 9 months and every time I have been so pleased with the result.
The colours that Natasha uses are enhancing but look very natural. The cut & styling is easy to maintain with my hair continuing to look fab until my next appointment!

Michelle tints my eyebrows & shapes them perfectly so they are enhanced but natural looking. Michelle is consistently client focussed - always ensuring that I am completely satisfied. Every appointment that I have with Michelle is enjoyable!

What can I say about Gina. She’s a perfectionist and generally wants your hair to look fab and she never fails to nail it when I give her a challenge! (I’m constantly changing my hair!) I love this new look so much and I love that all the staff chip in and get excited about it too. Fab salon!

I was booked into see Nicci this afternoon and happened to mention to Mary the day before that it would be great to have an earlier appointment. Mary happened to remember that another customer had called for a later appt. That evening, in their own time, they managed to swap us round. Great teamwork and definitely above and beyond. Great haircut for my little boy as always, so good with him and patient!

Facial started with a lovely smell of lavender. A good mix of products and massage. Skin felt tight and very clean at end.

I had a fantastic full body massage. It was the last appointment of the day so l could go home and do nothing afterwards. I slept for a full 12 hours that night

I first visited Saks when I just moved and was very nervous about going to a new hairdressers for the first time. I was really lucky to have gotten Jemma as my stylist and now wouldn’t go anywhere else. I feel completely at ease there and Jemma listens to what you want and fully consults before any cutting or colouring. Really enjoying going here and both Jemma and Lauren are so nice and professional it really means a lot. Cut and colour exactly what I wanted and delighted with the results
