As always, a wonderful visit to William Charles. It is a great salon with such friendly staff. A fabulous head massage as well as fantastic cut and colour. Frankee makes my visit to WC the highlight of my week, it’s such a relaxing experience :)

Fantastic results as usual. Joe has been colouring, cutting and styling my hair for a couple of years now.
I look forward to my visits as everyone is cheerful and professional and I leave feeling 10 years younger !!

Mehmet was just lovely, he sorted out a less than perfect cut by another salon as I had absconded for two hair cut and colours but it just wasn't the service that I am used to at William Charles so I came back. I needed the good base cut not so much the clever blow dry of the other salon and that's what I get at William Charles with their high standard of stylists of which I've tried many. I need an on trend style that suits my face shape and hair texture that's easy for me to maintain and that's what I get here. First time with Mehmet and I let him decide the cut and style for my short hair and I am really pleased. He listened to my concerns and had time plus was lovely to chat with. Highly recommend him. Thank you and I'm glad I'm back. You have to book well in advance but I have three favourites now so won't be quite so difficult to get in. Oh and the lovely new recruit, young girl who had been there six weeks gave a rosemary infused head and shoulder massage and a head massage at the basin. I loved her confidence. A good experience all round in my lunch hour.

I make a journey of 200 miles to visit this salon , that is how special it is. Yes this salon ticks all the boxes for service, value, friendliness and professionalism but it is the consistency of the hiigh standards and attention to detail that makes this salon stand out. You are made to feel special and will walk out with a skip in your step.

The lovely Emily coloured my hair yesterday and I’m thrilled with the result.

The salon is clean and modern and you feel relaxed from the moment you walk through the door. Everyone is friendly and professional and the Aveda products are great.

Emily has been doing my hair for a few years now and while I used to be quite nervous about colour, I completely trust the ideas and advice she gives me.

I can’t fault with this salon and am looking forward to my next appointment!

Memet Frankie Holly and Kate were all very friendly and helpful with a really professional and creative approach to make sure I was completely happy with my hair.

What a beautiful well-being experience at William Charles today with skilled stylist and colourist Joe. As someone who can feel out of place in a super salon I was swept off my feet today with the care and attention shown- Joe spent time assessing a flattering colour mix for me with half head of foils and the result is amazing. I have left the salon today feeling on top of the world; thanks Joe!

What a lovely experience. Organic experience. All staff so professional. Love my new look Joe, you made me smile a lot. I couldnt have the massage with the oils but everything from a chat to a lovely coffee friendly place. Make up after style...ladies this is one of a kind place ... attention to details. Will definately keep this as my regular place unless im in South Africa..

All 3 of my children had their hair cut, the hairdressers were so kind to them and we had some beautiful haircuts. It may have been their favourite outing all half term! Thoroughly recommended.

For the last year I have been returning to Epsom for my hair however my hairdresser has moved on and with great anxiety I looked for a hairdresser in Tenterden. I am delighted following my first cut by Mehmet and the whole William Charles experience was lovely.
