Very warm welcome on arrival , Olivia was fantastic, explained everything to me, talked me through each step with excellent knowledge. A lovely young lady with is a credit to your salon.
A great experience. Russell, The salons joint owner was covering for a stylist on sick leave. He stepped straight in and gave me a perfect cut. The whole team at William Charles are so professional and accommodating. Definitely a 5 Star Salon.
On the more expensive side, but Olivia was really lovely and I felt very looked after.
Emily was really helpful listening to what I wanted done with my hair and offering great advice on getting the best results. In looking forward to my appointment with her in a few weeks.
I’ve been seeing Emily for my colour for over 10 years. Not only is she an absolute talent when it comes to cut and colour, she’s a joy to hang out with for a couple of hours.

I went to Rona at William Charles for a transformation. I’ve been on a tough hair journey after losing a lot of hair for various reasons and so I was pretty anxious to be honest.
