I was looking for colour options that would suit my skin tone and was given a thoughtful consultation ending with a very satisfied customer!
Today I went for another appointment with Olivia and it was one of the best ones yet. Throughout the appointment she checked on my happiness with my hair and made sure it was as I requested. Throughout we had a good chat about life and cruise holidays and work. The massages were the normal high standard and every haircut here is one of the things which you look forward to and makes life better especially since I’ve had a tough week this week. Thanks again

Rona is simply amazing. I went in with no idea having not had my hair cut for years. She asked what I wanted and I told her ‘whatever’ she then proceeded to give me advice as to what she thought was best and my hair looks amazing. I couldn’t be any happier. She is truly an artist. It was clear that it was really important to her for me to have the best experience…and I did. Would highly recommend.

Took my daughter here for the first time this afternoon and will be coming back. Olivia understood what she wanted, listened carefully and spoilt her with a great cut and blow dry.
Russell is a true perfectionist, he gets it right every time and nothing is too much trouble. I would always recommend Russell and William Charles Hair

Extremely happy with my new haircut. Emily provided good suggestions, both in terms of styling and product recommendations. I will definitely be coming back in the future. I would also like to mention the positive experience with other staff (I.e. hair wash/ head massage/ being offered drink etc). All in all, a great experience.
I went in to check for an appointment and got one the next day which is great, all the employees were all nice and welcoming, made me feel comfortable and would ask if I need any drinks etc, I was asked the exact look I wanted to go for and she was very nice in showing me how it would be done, during the process the girls would talk to me and we had some nice convos and the end result was great, overall a great time!

This was another great haircut from Russell, even though I I turned up a whole day earlier. Russell quickly rearranged things and before I could finish my coffee I was in the chair having my hair washed…I just wouldn’t go anywhere else and nor should you!!

I came in with completely damaged ruined hair after a total at home bleach fail! My hair was fried off and snapping, though I wasnt confident about cutting my hair ive never felt so confident thanks to Olivia. I love my haircut it feels so much healthier!
