Went into salon on off chance whilst visiting Tenterden. I got lucky. Not a frequent user of hairdressers but glad I ventured into William Charles. Friendly and reassuring welcome. A relaxing shoulder massage and hairwash by Bella was followed by skillful trimming by Rona. Rona was quick to work out what I wanted and I had a super cut and blow dry which held it's shape after I did a wash and dry at home a few days later. Many thanks to you all.

I had to change my colourist because mine had moved away from the area after 6 years. Joe made me very comfortable and despite my thinking the regrowth colour was too dark Initially we agreed to keep it until my next visit. Wonderful, relaxing hair colour and cut. The new Kuene products are great. Love the colour although it looks different when first applied the colour is rich and the condition is lovely and soft. I have been going to William Charles a long time and loved the Aveda products but this new Kuene is great. Great Colour, Great Condition, Great Value and above all a Great Salan experience. My hair looks good, I feel good and the Glowwa Hair Vitamins work like no other. Fabulous 🙂
