Georgiana is a great colourist and a very skilful cutter. . We’ve met quite a few times and I have to say we chatted a lot this last time! Unfortunately when I looked at my hair when I got home I realised it was a lot shorter than I had wanted. I did say the fringe didn’t need trimmming - which it wasn’t - but the rest is much shorter than I wanted, bearing in mind I had only asked for just the ends to be trimmed as I liked the length it already was. So I know we chatted way too much, possibly, but I don’t like my hair!

A lot busier today with Christmas around the corner. I do prefer it quieter but I picked the appointment!
Great Colour, Cut, Advice, Treatment and Products at William Charles. Always a consultation at the beginning of the appointment to check and confirm services, colour etc. This is my relaxation. The salon is bright and clean, staff are friendly and helpful and above all Rona really knows about hair. The Kuene products are great, I used to like the Aveda ones but these new Kuene products are brilliant and great value as they last for ages. The Glowwa tablets are really good and I wouldn't be without them. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions and leave there feeling on top of the world. Fabulous hairdresser. Thank you all at William Charles.

I'm not a keen hair salon goer, and never really know how I want my hair cut. I went today with the vague desire to 'get my hair off the back of my neck'. Philippa talked through the options and we decided on something. She updated me on what she was doing throughout the cut and I felt very confident in her expertise. This was my third visit to the salon & l could not be more pleased. Emily had cut my hair twice before. On the latter of those occasions, l sought her advice on my high-lights. She told me about the new range the salon is using (Keune) & provided a skin test. Yesterday, l returned for a cut and full head of high-lights.
