I was really pleased with my colour today, using the new Keune colour. I have been coming here for 10 years and had got used to Aveda colour, under the care of Rona. So was rather pensive about changing to a new brand. However, Rona really exactly delivered what I needed. I wanted my very lighter strands of hair to be darkened and she did a brilliant job of gently combing through the new colour, then blending in with the darker shades, and the result was so subtle. I have always received dedicated care from Rona and her team and can highly recommend William Charles.

Rona once again the absolute professional. Relaxed, confident as always. This time I had to take a call. Normally I wouldn’t in a salon but Rona was a legend and cracked on and did a great job - very little input from me. (Sorry luv!). Had a Colour and trim at William Charles and a very enjoyable experience as always. the salon is lovely and welcoming. The staff are friendly and advice is second to none. Rona always takes the time to discuss the hair condition and ensure that you are happy with the intended service. The new Kuene products are great, I have now changed over to the Kuene colour and I couldn't be happier, it lasts well the colour has depth. I particularly like the hair masques, you only need a small amount so it will last ages and is very good value. I look forward to my trips to the salon and am always very happy with the results.

I went to just get my usual roots done but with spring arriving have been thinking to get a little change to lighten my hair. After talking it through and showing a photo of the caramel type colour I liked I am so very happy with the outcome. Phillip talked me through everything she was doing explaining what she was using and why which no other hairdressers I have been to before have done this. Just this understanding will help me going forward. Definitely recommend Phillip and just a lovely hairdressing salon and nice atmosphere.

Went into salon on off chance whilst visiting Tenterden. I got lucky. Not a frequent user of hairdressers but glad I ventured into William Charles. Friendly and reassuring welcome. A relaxing shoulder massage and hairwash by Bella was followed by skillful trimming by Rona.
