Went for just a cut and blow dry. My stylist Josie was friendly, professional and talked me through how best to care for my hair. Salon was clean and tidy. Price was very reasonable too, will definitely be back :)
Josie always works with you do they you get the style you want and offers advice.

Always a happy friendly salon. Service with a smile from the receptionist/Trainee girl as soon as you walk in. And Amy my hairdresser is always happy and enjoys a chat, along with a good haircut. Very clean salon. Offered a drink if you want one. And on occasions a piece of cake. What more could you want.

Laura worked so well removing the red I had in my hair, beautifully blending in all kinds of colours I had into a gorgeous ash blonde, I couldn’t be more happy with my hair, both Colour and style. Would recommend Cloud Nine to all. Have been a customer for several years now.
Victoria was great, as usual and there is a lovely atmosphere in the hairdressers, which is what you need when your being pampered.

Amy cut and styled my hair today. Had a wonderful refreshing Tea tree shampoo and condition with massage. Amy cut and styled exactly as I'd requested. Very pleased with the result.
As a regular of Cloud Nine I always know that I will be well looked after, the salon had had a makeover since my last visit, very nice and comfortable new arrangement at the hair wash area.

Friendly local salon. All staff very welcoming. Haircut by Amy, always does a professional cut with a smile. And on a Friday there is Cake if you fancy a slice. Can’t get better than that.
Was ok, not sure how they work out the prices ? My last visit for a root colour, cut, wash & blow dry was £75. This visit just for a root colour, wash and blow dry NO CUT was £80.... The app price was £75 didn't book through the app because I thought the pricing was incorrect as I wasn't having a cut on this occasion..... Not sure if I'd use them again, had better results and paid less elsewhere....... No fault of the staff, pricing structure is just all wrong.
