Cloud Nine Sittingbourne

Love the place, being going for 11 years now, grate. Service, grate prices, everyone talks to each other very friendly atmosphere it’s like being round your friends house. Wouldn’t ever go anywhere else.

I moved from London to Whitstble a few months ago and one of my main concerns was - would I find a great hairdresser? I needn't have worried- Katie is talented in all aspects of hairdressing- colour, cutting and blow drying- she takes time to understand what you want and delivers every time. The salon is a calm haven and the team are super friendly- I would highly recommend Cloud Nine as a go to for a great hair experience! xx

Lovely ladies amazing service

Was very disappointed with colouring has lots of yellowing in places. And also ruined an expensive dress with purple toner. Been going here for many years but sad do say that was my last visit. No follow up re damage to me dress. My partner has his hair cut and left salon with wet tee shirt. Shame as I lived going there.

It was quick and easy to get an appointment and my stylist was lovely. The salon is welcoming, relaxed and clean and it was nice to just sit and relax. I was extremely happy with my highlights and the straightening afterwards. Would definitely recommend!

So anyway what I was going to say no matter how hard it gets or how miserable the outlook will be , I will still be at the hairdressers every single week throughout it all , we all need and deserve an escape , and that’s mine , it’s not a luxury , it’s a therapy , it recharges me keeps me going , thankfully I’m not one of many who will choose to eat or keep warm coz I’d rather starve then do my own hair !!!!

The stylist cut my hair way too short and looked nothing like the pictures I showed her. Word of advice to hairdressers. If you talked less you might concentrate better on what you're doing and do a better job. Really unhappy with the result.

Laura is a fantastic stylist who always gives me great advice when I decide to change the colour of my hair to ensure that the condition of my hair is maintained. Love the salon and will miss Laura while she is on maternity leave!

Always happy and amazing results with my hair, I had a bouncy blow dry and it feels lovely. Louise is always good at her job and makes sure everything is all ok on each appointment.

I came in asking for help with fixing my 'highlights gone bad' from different salon, Abbie did just that, she listened and understood my wishes perfectly..Great, friendly and very accomodating salon. Highly recommend-it will now be my local hairdressers!!

Always does a great style with my hair type and very welcoming. I have a severe allergy to hair dye, which the staff understand that’s why I said no to to the next question.

My colour was perfect as usual really pleased with result and Sharon is a master at her craft !

It's important to me that my highlights are a certain shade & Laura understands this; the colour and overall job is exactly what I like and lasts well between appointments. Everyone is friendly & relaxed. I bought shampoo & conditioner (last appointment) that is a perfect addition to maintain the ash colour and leaves my hair soft & manageable without being weighed down (Neal & Wolf - not too expensive) . Happy to rebook my appointment every time ??

My first experience today but I knew I was in safe hands with my stylist Katie. Katie knew exactly which styles I prefer and her new suggestions were received well.
Snacks & refreshments given to also put me at ease. Great salon and experience. Goodie bag received great thoughtful touch.
