As usual I am very pleased with my hair- do. This time I decided to keep my hair the same length as it is as I have found it easier to keep the curls. Claire trimmed it exactly as I wanted it and I'm very pleased with the result. Once again the colour is spot on. I love having my hair washed at the salon. It's really relaxing and I especially enjoy the head massage which usually makes me almost fall asleep and is extremely relaxing. I always look forward to my 5 weekly visits to the salon and Claire is a fantastic hairdresser and stylist. She is very professional and we always have a nice chat. I also look forward to my hot drink - today I had a very yummy hot chocolate plus cake and biscuits. Altogether I am more than happy with my experience at Cloud 9. Thank you 😊

I want to change my hair style, which is currently very short. I wish to grow it to a short Bob. Amy and I had a long discussion about the best way to keep my hair tidy in the next months whilst it grows into the short bob style I require. Amy was patient, listened to my request and talked me through each stage of hair growth.

This was my first haircut since I broke my shoulder. Claire made me feel cared about and in safe hands. She showed concern and interest and took the time to ensure I was comfortable. On top of that she gave me a great cut and a lovely blow-dry. I left feeling uplifted in spirits and presentability.

Emily cut and styled my hair. She was very professional in manner and asked me several questions as to the length and style I wanted. My hair is curly and can be difficult to cut , Emily managed to do a good job. I would like her to cut my hair in future.

Had a wash and blow dry with Emily, she straightened my hair and gave it a lovely curl, I was especially pleased with my fringe which I usually have to fiddle with when I have left other salons but not on this occasion, overall very happy, thanx Emily ?
Dropped one star for value only because its unfortunately too pricey for a weekly visit, so will have to be limited to special occasions xx

Sadly the hair wash was the quickest one I’ve ever had at Cloud Nine! Shame because it’s my absolutely favourite bit. ☹️ left me feeling a bit flat sadly.

Excellent experience with Sharan who is very knowledgable and seems to enjoy her work. Patient at my request for layering the hair, she did extremely well. I will certainly return.

My sons girlfriend decided to cut my sons hair with garden shears. When she realised she messed up ,cloud nine was called literally before closing, bless their hearts they stayed open and rescued my son ,to stay open and rescue him when everyone has homes to go home to ,shows how much commitment they have to the business. So a big shout out to the staff that stayed on and helped out
