Leticia listens to exactly what you hope to achieve. Always been extremely happy with my cut. I have been seeing Leticia for a few years and never been disappointed! I would highly recommend her.

Wonderful staff, who are kind, caring & helpful. I have been very late a couple of times, but Kirsty has is never phased by it, she calms me down and does my hair, even giving up her lunch. I would never consider leaving The Chapel

Having my hair cut by Sarah is always a real treat. She is considerate and spends time and thought over how a style might look, cutting it in a skilful, precise way. She really knows my hair type and is accommodating and always easy to talk to. When I leave The Chapel, I feel as though I've left a spa - the hour is genuinely relaxing and transformative.

I love my visits here. It's a very calming place to be in a beautiful location but fundamentally I end up with a haircut I like! Rhys is great. He listens to what you want and checks in which is great. He's also obviously very experienced in his craft!

Always a pleasure to see James . He is very personable and an excellent colourist / hairdresser. His blow dries are always the best !

Callum is always so attentive to what he knows I like for my hair colour and cut. He genuinely wants me to be happy with his work and my look and he goes the extra mile to keep me feeling fabulous!

Perfect early morning visit to The Chapel. Nice great, cup of tea, consultation, hair wash, cut and finish. All done in less than an hour. Fantastic!

I love coming to the Chapel every 8 weeks. It’s like a haven of relation and pampering in my busy life. Scott is amazing and always manages to make me feel a million dollars by the time I leave. All the staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Leticia is an amazing stylist. So thoughtful, caring and gentle in her approach. Her advice is always appreciated, needed and always taken! She has an incredible eye for colour and her cut and styling are impeccable. She truly makes me feel so much better about my hair and myself.

I came to Sarah with some apprehension as I had had a few very disappointing haircuts in the past, but after an initial consultation I felt totally reassured. Sarah properly listened to me, understood what I was asking for in both style and maintenance, and delivered an absolutely beautiful haircut. She gave me tips and advice for maintenance that were totally achievable and fit with my lifestyle. I just felt that she 'got' me, and I left feeling more like myself than ever with the perfect haircut. Thank you Sarah!

My curly hair was straightened for this cut, so my natural texture and shape were ignored. When advised of how my hair texture naturally sits I was told I could 'finish the cut myself at home'

I’ve been coming to the chapel for over a year now to see the lovely Sarah. I get a colour, gloss, blow dry and trim. She always listens to your hair needs and checks in each time to check your happy inbetween appointments. The overall atmosphere is very calming and friendly.

I am coming to Sarah since donkey's year. That should tell you everything!
Without ever crossing professional boundaries, Sarah feels like a friend. She takes care to understand my wishes, advises me with honesty, respect and kindness, and it feels just comfortable and fun to be with her.

Callum came highly recommended - firstly for being an excellent cutter and secondly for being a really nice guy.
After my appointment today, I can confirm that both of these are very much the case.

James has a very relaxed approach. I automatically felt very confident telling and showing my mood board of what I wanted to change. He listened very well and added his opinions too. His cut seems very good. The hair fell where it needed to and was very complimentary to my shape of face. Will def use James and recommend. Thank you Beckie for organising it last minute.

Ola isss lovely girl with a similarly lovely manner. First time cutting my hair - I’m sure we will get there in the end.

Great hair done by Paul. Just sad not to have the full chapel experience as no drink offered for two hours. Explained this when I left. I know there were issues with water in T Wells but small bottled of water to buy or juice would have done it and mince pies. The Chapel is an experience not just a haircut. Well done for staying open though.

Scott is always so friendly, great stylist, the only hairdresser who truly understands my thick hair! Gives great advice in styling and products to use.
