Today I've had a wonderful experience yet again. Chapel is a very welcoming and relaxing place. Of course, this atmospher is made by the people who work hard there. I want to say thank you to everyone!

Margot is absolutely amazing - I’m so happy with my cut and colour and would 100% recommend her to a friend.

From the moment Leticia introduced herself to me I felt completely relaxed and in good hands. Leticia took her time to ask me questions and she really listened to my needs. I have incredibly curly hair and a lot of it. Undaunted Leticia took me through her thoughts and did not rush me at all. A divine hair wash / head massage followed by a great hair cut! The added bonus of cool fresh water and a healthy ginger shot whilst I was being pampered was the cherry on top. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Ian is always courteous and listens and interprets my requirements to the full, he is an experienced and skilful hair stylist and I count myself lucky that he looks after my hair

I spoke with Ian at the start of my appointment about a big change in style. Ian was knowledgable and really considered how my hair sat. A self-claimed perfectionist, Ian was able to tame my thick hair and produce exactly the style I was looking for without the usual action of stripping my hair endlessly with thinning scissors. He worked with my natural hair and even gave advice on long term care and varying styles. I’m so pleased I booked with Ian, and wouldn’t hesitate to do so again when I next need a cut. There was no pressure to book again within a tight timeframe which I really appreciated, and it made me feel more comfortable.

I’ve tried a few stylists at the salon, while all have been very talented, what I’ve liked about Elsie is that she really just gets it. She takes time to understand what i want, but also brings her experience to make sure that the adjustment to my haircut suit my hair type, my facial features, etc. It feels like a very tailored approach and I Can fully trust that she’ll give me a result I’ll be happy with.

For the Salon, I’ve always really liked the atmosphere at the Chapel. The environment doesn’t feel like a franchise or conveyor belt of clients. The hair products smell great, love the attention to detail with the healthy snacks and drinks, I’ve always had good interactions with various members of the team.

Always listening to what I want, very attentive and very skilled. Also gentle!

Clare is a joy - warm and welcoming, fun to chat with, confident in what she is doing, she listens carefully, offers advice and translates it all into a terrific Cut. Which makes coming to The Chapel a pleasure.

Ola is a super attentive stylist who takes so much care over getting my hair just the way Iike it. I wanted advice on how to get beach curls without using heat products and she took time to show me how to style it in a way I can do myself even with my weak left arm. I also wanted less weight around the front and she did this with great care. She is super warm and friendly and I came away feeling a million dollars! Thanks again, Ola! x

Good discussion about how I wanted to adjust the colour of my hair for a warmer tone. Margot got the colour perfectly. As usual great care taken over each stage of styling.

I absolutely love going to see Clare and the team at the Chapel which all create an experience rather than just a hair appointment. Clare has been my stylist for several years and she always goes out of her way to create the look that I have imagined, and she always gets it completely right using her impeccable technique and knowledge. Clare is incredibly talented!

She was very attentive and thoughtful, although she isn’t my usual hairdresser she did a very good job.

Alex has cut my hair many times and always takes a lot of care when cutting. She especially makes sure my fringe isn't too short by doing it in stages. My hair this time was quite dry. She has managed to blend in the damaged hair, so it is no longer noticeable. Very happy as always :)

James is amazing, always get a terrific cut. I also appreciate the little extras, lovely drinks, etc. it’s all together a very positive experience.

I've been a Clent at The Chapel, at both T Wells and Sevenoaks, for longer than I can remember. James listens to my wishes. Colours my hair and styles it perfectly. He is their best stylist since legendary Luke at Sevenoaks..... I can't rate James highly enough!

I asked for Sarah as I’d read that she always saw the person and not just the hair! So true ! After an in-depth chat Sarah did a fantastic job of colouring and cutting my hair. The ‘tweaks’ she explained would make a big difference … she was so right! I would highly recommend Sarah .

I love this place, the building is so special and it’s like your hair appointment takes you on a journey through it! Different rooms for dyeing, shampooing with head massage then drying. The coffee is lovely and the choc Brazil nut was a thoughtful touch. They also brought around a ginger fruit shot. It feels more like a holiday break than a hair appointment 😝
Ola did a great job enriching the brown tones in my hair and blending out the greys, I’m so pleased. Becky, her manager was also fab at giving ideas and explaining everything. Now I’ve been to The Chapel nothing else will do! Why isn’t every business this good?

Having a change of style. Rhys understood the look i was trying to achieve and knew how to tackle my thick wavy hair to achieve it. Love the whole Chapel vibe and experience. Been a client for a long time and wouldn't change salons fir anything.
