Superb - as always.

I had my nails done by Megan, she was obviously very keen to give me lovely nails and she did and was very efficient. Today I had my lashes done by Nicola who was very competent and this was reflected in the results I am so pleased.

Really happy with my cut and colour and all round service.

From start to finish my experience was perfect. From the minute I walked up to the desk the receptionist was smiling and sincere. No funny look or comment because I can’t wear a mask. Karen is so relaxed and easygoing it just makes it a pleasure having my haircut. It does help that we think the same ?.

I love having my hair done, Stacey always treats me like a queen and I’m made to feel very special. My cut & colour is wonderful I’m fully consulted and engaged and I’m always delighted!

Felt very Covid-safe throughout the appointment. It was wonderful to experience a bit of normality in this otherwise topsy-turvy world - and the haircut was great too!

I like Izzy very much, this last occasion my hair wa slightly damp and became frizzy very quickly but it wouldn’t stop me wanting her another time.

Stylist was Chloe- very good!

After my initial trepidation; I’d never had any kind of intimate waxing before, Lynda talked me through the process beforehand and was totally professional throughout.
It wasn’t at all as painful or awkward as I expected and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her.

Since i moved to this area i’ve met multiple therapists, but no one is as good as Amy, she is accurate and friendly, always happy with her work!

Stacey gave a very gentle massage hair wash very relaxing . Offered me the foot stool which made having my hair washed more comfortable. Stacey cut my hair beautifully very pleased with the finished result .

First time I’ve visited the salon and I’m very happy with the amazing colour transformation Karen did on my hair. It was a total mess, almost green on the ends and different colours all over; now it is a lovely light brown with highlights. Karen really took time to listen to what I was trying to achieve and I don’t know how she did it but I’m very happy (and relieved) that she did!

Sam is a wonderful hairdresser and person, passionate about hair and giving a great personalised experience. I’m always so happy walking out of the salon with fab hair. Lovely atmosphere and team at Great Hairdressing in T Wells. I would never change!

It is always a pleasure to spend time in this salon - the staff are always delightful, the cut is great and stays in shape til next time and Stacey is quick and skilful. This is high praise from someone who doesn’t like sitting in a salon and finds the beauty thing a necessary evil rather than a treat! I have no hesitation recommending Great Hairdressing and Beauty.
