Great blow dry

I say his every time but I adore having my hair done by Paul. He knows me and just what I want. Everyone I feel special.

This is my second cut and full head foils with Shannon and will certainly not be my last. Possibly the best cut and colour I have ever had. Shannon listened to my likes and dislikes, asked the right questions about my daily hair routine and made positive suggestions. The salon has a wonderful friendly ambiance and to top it off Shannon is great fun to spend 3 hours at the hairdressers with.

Aside from the fact that Shannon is a delight to be around and makes you feel great from the moment you walk in, he is also a fantastic hairdresser! Since going to Shannon, my hair has gone from a cold, flat blonde to a beautiful, shiny blonde with some gorgeous warm honey tones. It looks so much more natural, shiny and healthy than it did before. And it feels and looks younger, if that makes sense. It’s a shame he can’t work his magic on my face, but never mind! He said, the first time I met him, that we are on a journey together. There is no hairdresser I’d rather be on that ride with! And on a sidenote he does the best scalp massage I have ever had. 😃

I pop in and out for a blow dry first time with Sarah good blow dry very pleasant lady all good as my hair not always easy and I am very fussy will use Sarah again

l spent time listening to my concerns which helped agree a new style.
I left the salon much lighter...and cooler with fabulous colour.

Disappointed in extra charhe for something i did not ask for. Colour was ok but not quite what i wanted.

I love having my hair done and especially by Paul. It’s joyful. I trust him completely with my colour and he listens and advises when I suggest a tweak of two to the cut. I always feel special and glamorous leaving the salon a real joyful way to spend about 3 hours

Sarah was lovely. Clearly very knowledgeable and skilled. She not only cut my hair beautifully but also showed me how to style it myself with minimum fuss/maximum ease. Would definitely recommend

I thought my lvl lash lift was ok until I got home and looked at them in the mirror with my glasses on - they are crispy and are so over curled that they bend back on themselves. I’m hoping that like a hair perm they will drop? The Therapist was lovely but I won’t be having them done again.

Such a fun filled experience with Shannon, always spends time listening and double checking what my hair goal is, great at giving advice but never pushy, a happy time spent at the salon.

As always, just so happy with my visit to you. Sarah gives me expert advice and talks me through every stage. I love coming to you, there is always such a happy atmosphere.

Very lovely staff however their facial is not worth £65. I went there mainly for cleansing (including white spots on nose and chin), maybe 10% of them were cleaned which is opposed to my experience with two other clinics in town where I felt like I was out with fresh and clean skin. I am sure the lovely young lady at GH would also do a better job if she had the devices/tools.. she only had the creams, and other liquids to apply on the face. So, if you are looking to have a pure skin after an hour long session for £65, I would recommend you to think again. I have to say, because i told them i didn’t want the neck and shoulder massage, they offered me a free led treatment to fill up the time. So the attitude or the service is not the problem here, it’s the inadequete equipment and not having results.

I have been going to Great hair off and on for many years. Today I was a hair model for a young apprentice. She did a great job with my colour and cut with a little help from her manager. I am delighted with it and can highly recommend Great hairdressing. I also think they are great with kids and men’s hair too.

Apprentice Jasmine is thriving with the training and support she is receiving from Shannon! I am so impressed with the full head of highlights she has done today! The colours are beautiful and her technique was superb! Thank you Shannon and Jasmine!

Stacey cut my hair just how I wanted, she explained what would make the hair look better. We discussed my colour for my next cut and what to stop. All booked for next appointment. Stacey is lovely easy to talk too. Would definitely recommend.

Tallulah made me feel at ease as I am rather sensitive about my feet.
She had an easy manner and delivered a professional pedicure.
It was an enjoyable treatment , the room got a little chilly but Tallulah anticipated the need to put some heating on.

I went in looking like Worzel Gummidge and came out looking like a goddess!!!

She always does what I ask which when you have hair loss through chemotherapy.

I've been growing my layers out, for a nice neat bob hairstyle, Sarah has been great advising me on the best way to do this.
I also had my nails done, great service and advice how to keep them looking good for longer.
