Sarah totally transformed my hair today, it was my first visit to the salon, Sarah definitely had a challenge on her hands!! She corrected my colour, did a amazing cut and totally boosted my confidence. Will be back in a few weeks for a root touch up.

I have just had a regular cut and blow dry with Stacey. Stacey is an excellent hairdresser, she is very professional and polite and warm and always makes me feel that she cares that I will be happy with what she does - which I always am. She takes time to chat about exactly what I want and then delivers it. I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

All of the members of rhe team, whatever their role within the team, are very professional, warm, nice, and friendly, and welcoming and approachable,and go the extra mile to accommodate the cusomer, and consistently, which is an adpect which is extremely important in business.
For instance, they will accept Cash as a method of payment, unlike other Hair Salons such as 'Headmasters' located on Monson Road in Tunbridge Wells, who ruthlessly took the draconian step/excuse seemingly, to strictly only accept Card payments after the worldwide Coronavirus Epidemic.. This draconian step had alienated and disappointed very loyal and longstanding customers such as myself, prior to i finding the 'Great Hair Salon' located within 'Hoopers' superlative Department Store on Mount Pleasant Road, in Tunbridge Wells.
Apart from Stacy and Sarah and Jess who are the three, main, high-calibre and experienced and talented Hair Stylists that have cut my Hair to date,
i shall also like to take this opportunity too, to highlight the member of the team called Jasmine, who also exemplifies all of the above-mentioned finest qualities denoted at the beginning of this review, when one first telephones the Hair Salon to make an appointment.
Jasmine's role is extremely important too, as her lovely and delightful voice and professional and most kind and most helpful manner, is the very first contact that one has with the Hair Salon, prior to actually visiting the Hair Salon in person.
Jasmine also consistently does a wonderful and fantastic jobcin her specific role with the team too.
I shall like to take this opportunity, to express ,that i have absolutely no hesitation in warmly recommending the 'Great Hair Salon' and all of the superlative members of their team within the Hair Salon, whatever their specific role may be, located within the 'Hoopers Department Store' on Mount Pleasant Road, in Tunbridge Wells, to everyone.

It was amazing. It was my first facial and Tallilulah was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable

Great session, as usual. Very happy with results (again, as usual!). Value time taken for consultation, am happy to trust Karen implicitly. Also happy Moroccan Oil curl cream is back in stock!

I throughly enjoyed my pedicure today. The therapist was lovely and has done a great job on my feet. My only critique would be that it would have been nicer to have had a chair with a head rest and not a tub chair as would have made the experience even move relaxing.

Jasmine stepped in to cut my hair when Kimberley was unexpectedly unavailable.
She did a great job, not only in cutting, drying and styling but in informing me of every step of the process and ensuring I was comfortable throughout.

Beautiful magic hands for hair wash, really enjoyable, gentle but firm. Jasmine was so nice too. She cut my hair with care and precision. Really pleased.
