He is the best. I love having him make me beautiful. And so much fun too. A great “me” day experience . What spoils it are the filthy air conditioner units and ceiling tiles. They need a good clean. Not good to look at when you’re having your washed.

Izzy is a good stylist and has the potential to be really good. Super blow dry.

Hollie is excellent. Listens well to what you want. Great at colour and really understands curly hair when many hairdressers don't. Good at kids cuts too. My go to hairdresser how. The salon could be revamped in my opinion as arguably a bit dated but always busy and they are always very prompt and offer free drinks as part of the service which I appreciate. Highly recommend.

Best brow threading ever ! I can’t remember her name but she is the one who does the threading rather than waxing and I’m so pleased with it

Pleased with my hair cut today, friendly staff and service

Entirely missold nano hair treatment. Having had my hair bother chemically straightened and having used a keratin treatment in the past I am very aware of the differences between the two. Hairdresser on Monday last assured me that the nano treatment was a straightening treatment. Moved around my weekend, arranged childcare for my kids so I could attend your salon for 3 hours for said treatment. Wasted petrol driving from Sevenoaks to Tunbridge Wells. Paid for 4 hours parking. On arrival was told it wasn’t a straightening treatment at all and would merely take out the frizz. Thankfully the stylist yesterday sought to clarify at the outset but I am really unimpressed. It was clear misselling as I had a lengthy conversation about the treatment and the difference between proper chemical treatments and keratin treatments on Monday visit to salon. The stylist was clear with what I wanted. No apology offered for my inconvenience. No offer to give me a free blow dry ( which I would have expected or a voucher or anything to make up for it). Having had various “straightening” treatments in the past it is highly unlikely I would have misunderstood what the results of the treatment would be as I had sought clarification from the stylist on Monday. Your staff had no thought for the inconvenience. Really really unimpressed with my only second visit to your salon. Would not recommend your Samson as a result of this. It was the complete lack of awareness that the salon just maybe was at fault and the complete lack of awareness about how this might just have been a total waste of my time.

Great. Karen has done my hair for a few years and always does a great job. I am always in a rush but she gets my hair done well and quickly. I would never use any one else if I could help it. Karen is a star. 10/10.

A lovely CACI with Amie, then Chelsea did my roots and done highlights and because of trains to catch, rounded up team including Emma who Co-blow dried my hair, and Paul who kept me in coffee, and pre empted my bill to save me time! Thank you all for my lovely hair and face today !

Best haircut I have had in a long time and although I was anxious Paul made me feel relaxed. I am allergic to hair dye and the salon noted this and made sure that the brushes etc were clean. I will definitely be returning. Thank you
