Hi my haircut was done by Ezra. (Her name isnt an option on the list above) She is learning but did such a good job on my hair the amount of care from her and the nice lady supervising her was excellent. I went to obsessions because a hairdresser elsewhere had cut it and it was awful. Was supposed to be a layered/graduated bob but it was so bulky and ugly. I went to obsessions for help the new hairdresser Ezra did one of the best gradual bobs I've ever had cut. So pleased. Thank you

Always happy when Kat does my hair. She has very good knowledge and it shows in her outstanding work. Her cuts are amazing and bespoke to myself in what I’m after. The colour looks so natural - tailored colour match from Kats expertise, really suits me and my features overall.
I highly recommend Kat, she has given me healthy hair while using bleach and lifting out my black hair previously.
Only slight con is: maybe some prior information before scheduling appointments if trainees are present in there learning, as I would have waited for a date where I can have Kat all to myself or potentially another senior stylist taking over if juggling appointments, I appreciate being fitted in so soon! but I would have waited a longer period to ensure Kat is available. I think Kat is so good and I only want her to deal with all aspects of my hair from start to finish. I value salon experience, customer service, knowledge and years of experience, Kat ticks all my boxes with those , although I wish I could have helped more supporting the trainees, it’s just not what I’m after when booking a appointment, I would rather pay extra then have any discounts or trainees or junior stylists. I find all the staff there so lovely ladies, but Kats my favourite in colour, curls and cut, following Nicola for plaits and updos for special occasions

First time having highlights in this salon. Kat took her time discussing my hair and came up with a couple of options (my hair needed help) I left it in her hands. Sorry didnt catch her name I would avoid the offer advertised on fb , this is done by someone who has not long left hair college . I showed her what I wanted and told her not to cut too short I ended up with way more off my length than wanted and she said o thats bounced up from the way its curly in the blow dry no it isn't. I also explained many times not to cut my fringe too short to start with as I have a cows lick she did anyway even though I said right before cutting it dont cut too short I walked out with nearly a micro fringe that was sticking out this should be advertised that the offer is by someone inexperienced avoid !
Natasha took as much time as I needed to answer my questions about a radical colour change. She put in hundreds of foils and the result was lovely.
She knows her job!
She is professional and warm, easy to talk to.

Kat went above & beyond today. I had an operation at short notice a couple of weeks ago & needed emergency hair appointment as Im going to a family wedding tomorrow & was feeling very sorry for myself. Thought i needed hair extensions replaced, which she somehow managed to source at shkrt notice; but she told me i didnt need them replaced for another month & gave me a head massage & a blow dry instead. Kat could have made more money today if she wasnt so lovely, honest, & professional. Kat, youre a gem. Thankyou x
