First time having highlights in this salon. Kat took her time discussing my hair and came up with a couple of options (my hair needed help) I left it in her hands. Sorry didnt catch her name I would avoid the offer advertised on fb , this is done by someone who has not long left hair college . I showed her what I wanted and told her not to cut too short I ended up with way more off my length than wanted and she said o thats bounced up from the way its curly in the blow dry no it isn't. I also explained many times not to cut my fringe too short to start with as I have a cows lick she did anyway even though I said right before cutting it dont cut too short I walked out with nearly a micro fringe that was sticking out this should be advertised that the offer is by someone inexperienced avoid !
Natasha took as much time as I needed to answer my questions about a radical colour change. She put in hundreds of foils and the result was lovely.
She knows her job!
She is professional and warm, easy to talk to.

Another fabulous appointment — Nicola is such a talented and experienced listener, true expert- Max is absolutely delighted with the 2nd touch up restyle she achieved. Kat went above & beyond today. I had an operation at short notice a couple of weeks ago & needed emergency hair appointment as Im going to a family wedding tomorrow & was feeling very sorry for myself. Thought i needed hair extensions replaced, which she somehow managed to source at shkrt notice; but she told me i didnt need them replaced for another month & gave me a head massage & a blow dry instead. I had my first haircut in over a year today, and my first experience at a salon since moving to the area, and I’m so glad I booked. I actually nearly cancelled, but this turned out to be exactly what I needed.
From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed and at ease. Jen was so friendly, approachable and really took the time to listen. She gave thoughtful, honest advice, which I really appreciated as it’s been a long time since I’ve had my hair done and I’m in a bit of a new phase of life.
The whole experience felt relaxed and genuinely enjoyable - not rushed at all. I absolutely love the result. The length and style are perfect, and I’ve walked away feeling refreshed, more confident, and like myself again.

Kat is brilliant, she always takes the time to do a thorough consultation and always has what suits you and is best for your hair. My hair is so much better since I started seeing Kat. Would definitely recommend especially if you need some guidance like I do!

I had my appointment with Tash on 10th March. Had a discussion about what I wanted and Tash advised. Did a lovely cut and head massaged. Also discussed colouring options. She was lovely and very professional. I would highly recommend the salon. Service was excellent.
