Kat has done a fantastic job doing my hair again. Today instead of having highlights we went for a toner so my hair would have an all over colour (so I’m ready for my daughter’s wedding). Colour is fantastic and I’m so happy with it. Thank you Kat you are truly amazing

I visited Obsessions in Ramsgate after having my hair dyed at another salon, and unfortunately it needed correcting. Kat was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and experienced with Afro hair. She immediately made me feel comfortable and reassured me about the treatment and how to care for and style my hair moving forward.
She understood how important it was for me to have my hair fixed as soon as possible and kindly managed to book me in within a couple of days. I’m really looking forward to my appointment on Saturday and finally being able to love my hair again. Thank you, Kat, for your kindness, professionalism, and expertise!

Waste of time and money. I completed a review after seeing my hair in the chair but after a ten minute walk home, it looked a mess.
I asked my stylist why she didn't use products to stop the frizz. She assured me that she had a way to stop the frizz after styling. It worked....until I got outside. Please see hair styled by me and by the stylist
Lovely lady. I liked my style but 10 minutes later, after walking home in the wind, it was quite frizzy. Next time I will ask the stylist to add a product to damp hair rather than hairspray.
I already had an appointment booked today for a haircut, I was so fed up with my hair, I phoned the salon early to see if Kat could put a toner or do something to my hair. I was so pleased that Kat could fit me in before my actual appointment. Kat did a fantastic job with the colour and cut. I can’t thank Kat enough.

Hi my haircut was done by Ezra. (Her name isnt an option on the list above) She is learning but did such a good job on my hair the amount of care from her and the nice lady supervising her was excellent. I went to obsessions because a hairdresser elsewhere had cut it and it was awful. Was supposed to be a layered/graduated bob but it was so bulky and ugly. I went to obsessions for help the new hairdresser Ezra did one of the best gradual bobs I've ever had cut. So pleased. Thank you

Always happy when Kat does my hair. She has very good knowledge and it shows in her outstanding work. Her cuts are amazing and bespoke to myself in what I’m after. The colour looks so natural - tailored colour match from Kats expertise, really suits me and my features overall.
I highly recommend Kat, she has given me healthy hair while using bleach and lifting out my black hair previously.
Only slight con is: maybe some prior information before scheduling appointments if trainees are present in there learning, as I would have waited for a date where I can have Kat all to myself or potentially another senior stylist taking over if juggling appointments, I appreciate being fitted in so soon! but I would have waited a longer period to ensure Kat is available. I think Kat is so good and I only want her to deal with all aspects of my hair from start to finish. I value salon experience, customer service, knowledge and years of experience, Kat ticks all my boxes with those , although I wish I could have helped more supporting the trainees, it’s just not what I’m after when booking a appointment, I would rather pay extra then have any discounts or trainees or junior stylists. I find all the staff there so lovely ladies, but Kats my favourite in colour, curls and cut, following Nicola for plaits and updos for special occasions
