Another happy customer always friendly and helpful Karen is always willing to talk through the options with both customer and staff as this visit I had a perm and the newer members of staff were looking on as they hadn’t done them in their training

Supervised by Karen, Drew washed and blow dried my hair. Just a little tip not to pull too much when blow drying. But I was very pleased with end result. Lovely and soft.

Excellent lovely young lady always chatty and not scissor happy lol does what you ask for.

I attended my appointment on Saturday 21st August to have my hair done especially for my friends daughters wedding. I live in Manchester and was reccomended KG salon. I can't tell you how impressed I was with my treatment. I felt pampered and confident with my stylist. She asked me questions about my style, finish and products I used. After 5 yrs of keeping to my natural colour, we decided to add a few red highlights to my hair along with a much needed trim. The end result was amazing.

I thoroughly enjoy my regular visits to the salon which always has a nice relaxing atmosphere with friendly happy staff. My lovely stylist Stephanie is very attentive and ensures that I am always comfortable which makes me feel thoroughly pampered by the time I leave! She particularly does a great head massage as part of the treatment I have and last year introduced me to the Olaplex products which I love and are very suitable for my hair. Thank you Steph and the rest of the team, you all do an excellent job!

Ocean knows exactly how to cut and style my hair to flatter my face and make me feel amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind and friendly.

Things I love about this salon...firstly it’s the first salon I’ve been to with such a friendly, calm welcoming atmosphere. This might seem irrelevant to some but I personally like to be somewhere where staff all get on so well and you actually feel welcome and not judged. I love the colour highlights that Ocean does for me and my hair is washed in nice products that they choose to suit my hair. They are very attentive to the client I couldn’t fault it.

I hate hairdressers but with Karen I am converted and looking forward to July visit

Enjoyed my visit as usual. My hair was washed by Harvey today who took great care to make sure I had everything just right. Georgia cut my hair beautifully and again took every care to ensure I was happy. My thanks to both girls.

Georgia did a great job of colouring my hair with a cut and style. She listened and understood what I wanted and I'm really pleased with the results!

I am a regular client of Ocean's, she is always ready with advice and suggestions, a smile and great conversation. I always leave the salon feeling listened to, even when I haven't known what the next step is, as a women of a certain age the greys are coming in thick and fast, I wanted to stop fighting them and transition as best I could, whilst still being relevant (even if only in my own eyes) ? Ocean (and some of the team) have helped me transition from a peppery brunette to a sensational silver blonde! I am always extremely happy with the service I get from all at Keith Graham, always an enjoyable experience, I could not recommend them highly enough, if you haven't tried them out yet, I urge you to, you will not be disappointed. x
