Visited the salon today for a cut by Sarah. My hair is very thick and needs regular maintenance to look its best. Sarah is a very professional, experienced stylist and I love the result of her work on my hair today. Thankyou Sarah !

I was lucky enough to have a LUXURY cut and style today - oh my goodness! Lovely conditioning treatment, smelt divine and a head massage that made me want to fall asleep! Stephanie was able to shorten my current hairstyle without making it look like a harsh, short cut. We have discussed colour treatment for my next appointment as well.

I have been coming to Keith Graham's for many years, it's such a lovely salon and all the staff are very helpful and friendly, especially
Georgia who cuts and styles my hair, she knows exactly how I want my hair, even when I changed my colour and style.

Always the friendliest environment, with every member of staff happy to help. Sarah is so knowledgeable and makes a visit to the salon feel like a real pamper session. My naturally unruly hair has never been so well looked after!

Just perfect - listened to my requirements, remembered who I was despite being another stylists client. Hair wash was just lovely, Stephanie is very amiable and lovely to speak to. Felt that all covid-19 precautions were taken and I felt very happy in the salon. My hair cut was perfect. I feel so good

This was my first time at the salon following a recommendation and I wasn't disappointed. Very welcoming atmosphere with professional approach from start to finish. I would love Sarah to be rewarded for the amazing customer service she always provides so incredibly professional and an assist to your team the whole experience is incredibly good they always make you feel comfortable from when you walk through the door offering a select of drinks and down to washing and recommending products for your hair they never push anything on you which is lovely and believe you me I’ve been to a few salons buts this is definitely the most out standing in the whole of kent . Sarah especially styled my hair just how I like it and you always feel fantastic when you leave I will always recommend you to all my friends when they ask me were did you get your hair done all the staff are all friendly and helpful throughout the whole visit thankyou so much for the hard work you all put in to making your customers look incredibly

I recommend this salon it’s the best in the whole of kent there service is incredibly friendly and caring. And your always looked after nothing is to much trouble with a nice cup of coffee as soon as you are seated and made welcome I had a lovely girl to wash my hair she made me feel comfortable and washed my her incredibly well only been there three weeks going to be an asset to the team I then had Sarah do my curly blow dry she made me feel at ease chatted throughout and did my hair in an amazing style she is one of there top stylists and made me feel a million dollars my hair looked amazing thankyou so much for the incredibly job you do I will always recommend you to everyone I know please give Sarah a special award or something she so deserves praise thankyou I will see you all again soon
