Absolutely fantastic massage. I didnt ise hydrotherapy pool as no handrail to guide me into pool. I have an issue with upper body strength.

Booked a Wowcher spa. Was a very nice relaxing visit. All the staff were lovely. Afternoon tea really yummy & what we couldn’t manage to eat was packed up for us to take home. 100% recommend

Stylish, clean cafe with a relaxing ambience. Cheerful, charming and efficient staff. I had a Cappuccino which came in a large cut and my friend had hot chocolate served with cream and marshmallows. Good value for money.

Fantastic warm spa, very clean and the water to drink, towelling robes, Slippers, Fluffy towels were a lovely touch and staff couldn’t be more helpful. Good value for money. It’s so pampering.

Excellent service professional advice

We came to use the hydrotherapy pool which was a gift voucher. Alongside this, we booked two massages and afternoon tea. The location was very cute and easy to park near. On arrival we were given robes and slippers and shown how to use the pool. It was beautifully warm, very clean and peaceful! The massages were excellent and we both felt relaxed ? In the cafe we had our afternoon tea. The food was simply delicious and all homemade!
We had such a wonderfully relaxing time and Mettyear and will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff.

I had a red letter voucher to use at your salon. Jamie had wonderful communication via email through the booking process. When we arrived we were greeted quickly and very friendly. We were shown round to the hydrotherapy pool and provided with towels, robes and slippers. We got almost an hour in the pool before our massage. Complimentary drinking water was provided for the pool. The massage was wonderful, very relaxing and very friendly staff. The afternoon tea was delicious and the perfect portion! Usually afternoon teas can be a little big, but we found this one to be the perfect size for 2! Service from start to finish was incredible, all staff were friendly. I would absolutely recommend to a friend and will definitely be returning again in the future. Thank you for a wonderfully relaxing experience!

My husband and I treated ourselves to a day spa package at Mettyear's as part of our staycation. We had 30 minutes in the hydrotherapy pool, which is an amazing hot tub - it was lovely and clean. A jug of filtered water was provided, which was perfect as it was a warm day. After this we had a 25 minute couple's aromatherapy massage with Claire and Zoe - just fantastic; so relaxing and felt extra-romantic to be in the room together! The spa day ended with a tasty afternoon tea; dietary requirements were checked and easily accommodated and, as one of us is vegetarian, they were served on separate cake stands . Before and during our spa I felt the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make our visit perfect.

My husband and me were treated to a spa and Massage experience. We had never done anything like this before and it was throughly enjoyable. The massage was relaxing and we would love to return again

After what can only be described as a terrible year so far, I went for a hair cut with Jamie. Honestly feeling so much more me again. Best therapy ever and an amazing hair cut.

Came here with my mum. Let just say I will not be coming back. I can’t believe when I phoned up to complain about the food and the Wishy washy treatment I had. The response from staff was so unprofessional. One lady /girl said to me ‘it’s not my problem.’I’ve had lots of spa treatments and NEVER BEEN SPOKEN TO LIKE THIS. I’ve emailed the manager as I can not get over how I was spoken to.

Myles is so lovely. Always so welcoming and recently really helped with my colour. I’ve always been really nervous about changing it up but he put me at ease and explained everything well. I’m so glad I’ve found a place I can go in herne bay. I’ve also had facials here and they are brilliant. Highly recommend x

My daughter bought this for me for mother's day. What a wonderful place. All staff were friendly and very welcoming. We spent time in the hydropool, I had an amazing face and head massage, and the afternoon tea was superb great place would highly recommend.

Had a cut and blow dry today with Lauren. I hadn’t been to a salon for years snd Lauren was really welcoming and chatty made me feel relaxed. My hair looks lovely really pleased with the end result

I am new to having my hair done and hadn’t had it cut in years. Amy was so lovely and explained everything really well. She was absolutely amazing even when I didn’t even know what I wanted for my hair, she helped explain my options and how it would be functional in my everyday life

We had the best time on our annual trip to the salon, hydrotherapy pool, 4 facials and a manicure for the birthday girl. Afternoon tea was excellent! Fantastic therapists. Can’t wait for next year! Would highly recommend! ❤️

Had a balayage and cut. Amy was lovely, listened to what I wanted and I left feeling very spoilt. Happily with the result and will return.

My mum and I came for a spa day and it was lovely. The food was lovely and the treatment was amazing. I’m not sure if the girl was called Becca but she is a credit to your establishment.
The only criticism I have would be to have a chill out room to wait for treatments/afternoon tea.

Visited for the first time yesterday , after a recommendation from my daughter Claire Baldry. So pleased with my haircut , after a having a cut a another salon that needed correcting. Will definitely return ?

My sister and I had a lovely afternoon tea and use their pool . Lovely staff and area was very clean and organised.

My Friend and I had an absolutely wonderful afternoon using the Hydrotherapy pool and the afternoon tea that was absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend the hydrotherapy pool to others as my friend has been suffering from on going back problems and this really helped him.

Loved every minute of spa package; Hydrotherapy pool, which was for our own private use ( I believe this is as standard ); facial treatment including head massage, and, afternoon tea. We requested vegetarian afternoon tea and it was delicious. Cannot fault anything. Beautiful decor and very clean. Felt so comfortable, spoilt and fully relaxed. We are definitely going to return and tell all our friends and family about Mettyear’s. Thank you

I came in today to see Jamie and he transformed my long full hair into a fab bouncy cut that I’m super happy with

So I booked in with Becci for the first time today for a Hollywood wax, and honestly I couldn’t recommend her enough! Not just how comfortable she made me feel but how little to none the pain was! I’ve had previous waxing done before and I was ready for the pain BUT I actually cannot believe how gentle she actually is. If you’re looking for someone to do your lady waxing she is the ONE!

Such a lovely friendly venue. Amy made me feel comfortable and at ease. Talked me through all my options. Offered advice and my cut and blow dry was perfect. Could not stop looking at myself in shop windows. Lol.

We had a little spa day and massage with afternoon tea on 12th May.
Hot tub was lovely had a extreme amount of chlorine in and found 3 whole tabs on my chair which I took out till we was done as it was already burning my eyes. It would be perfect if it had a steam room to get the real spa feel.
Massage was amazing my husband I couldn't fault Claire she was professional and extremely good best massage I have had it years.
Afternoon tea was really yummy and quiche was very good. Over all really nice day just glad we paid the groupin price.

I booked the hot tub; a facial and afternoon tea for my boyfriend’s birthday. I didn’t know what to expect since I’ve only ever done something like that abroad. Kelly gave really good advice.
I ordered some Prosecco, which was ready for us, by the hot tub.
Then we had the facial. It was much more than I expected and we could have it together in the same room.
Tea was lovely. It was obvious that it was home made. Delicious quiche and beautiful bread and some more Prosecco.
We both felt so relaxed after everything. It’s s lovely spa; friendly staff and we are more than happy to recommend it to our family and friends.

I love that Jaimie tells me what style will suit me and will work to deliver the best outcome. Another different style. Love love. Thank you. All other staff are top notch and make the atmosphere a really welcome one. Will return as always.
