Absolutely in love with my new brows, 1st time experience, wasn't sure what shape will suite me etc., but Becci took care of it and chose lovely shape and colour, can't stop looking in the mirror now!

Had my hair balayaged by Leah yesterday and I can't rate her enough. It looks so nice, super happy! Leah kept on checking in with me the whole time and was super nice. Excellent service and definitely worth the money, I'll definitely be returning! Thank you!

Jamie is brilliant. He cuts and colours with such ease I'm sure he could do it with his eyes shut!

After a shocking experience at a near by salon Amy had a tough job. The whole appointment was calm and reasuring, Amy was confident enough to ask for regular check ins from a more experienced stylist, for many this would be concerning. For me, i was impressed and reassured by Amy's capabilty and strength of confidence her own work.
My confidence in hair dressers is restored, i appreciated her candid nature of what was possible and respect her delivery and empathy.

I had a hydrotherapy session followed by an aromatherapy massage and afternoon tea. The spa is spotless,with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Would highly recommend it,I will definitely be going back!

What an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! Jamie is such a talented stylist who really listened to how I wanted my hair - which being curly is not always easy. Perfect cut and highlights. I loved the Olaplex hair mask which made all the difference. I will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the lovely staff as well.

Amy did a beautiful colour on my teenage daughters hair today.
My daughter is quite shy but Amy made her really comfortable and my daughter walked out with a big smile on her face.

It’s nerve wracking having your hair cut at a new salon but Leah made me feel comfortable and explained every step. Even took the time to show my how to curl my hair with straighteners.

I always have my lip and eyebrow done with Demi and she’s always lovely, she puts me at ease and always very friendly. Checks that you’ve been ok and always there to lend an ear if needed.

I had a full head of highlights and toner at Mettyears and i couldn’t be happier, my stylist amy was lovely and made me feel so relaxed, it was a lovely experience and will definitely be booking in again!

Very pleased with my hair. Had a root colour, wash, blow dry and then had my hair beautifully curled by Lauren. Always feel very pampered at Mettyears. Also had a brow tint and wax with Demi. She’s brilliant.
