Unfortunately I felt the therapist that completed my message was very inexperienced , due to completing very basic movement on my back and the same movement several time. Treatment was meant to 30 minutes and only received 23 minutes. There was hardly any communication from the therapist. Was very disappointed.

Wonderful head massage, feeling chilled now! So pleased to have discovered this gem.

I always have Amy do my hair and each time she never fails to impress! She is the queen of colour and the curls she puts in lasts days! ⭐️ 10/10 recommend

Had a root Regrowth and balayage with Lauren tonight. Am so happy with the result. She styled and blow dried my hair giving it a nice smooth finish but with lots of body and bounce. Oh and my hair smells amazing!!! Wonderful atmosphere in the salon and had plenty of giggles with staff and other customers. Excellent salon and would definitely recommend to others.

I had a lovely visit as always to the salon, all the staff are friendly and welcoming. Kelly took my hair from a washed out red to a vibrant copper, I love the results!! ?

Had a lovely morning there with a friend. We had a massage and facial which were fantastic. Well laid out space and they were very accommodating when I asked for a wash and blow wave. Will definitely be back.
Only down side was there was a lot of chlorine in jacuzzi and it made my skin itchy and affected my eyes. Otherwise highly recommended experience.

Never disappoints! Have come away every time with the most beaut hair from Amy, amazing colour and styling! The whole team just so lovely too :)

Following my incredible father's funeral, I wanted to have a few hours to myself where I could relax and reflect. I called Mettyears looking for an aromatherapy massage however they had no availability which was totally understandable as it was very short notice. A few moments later they called me back and explained that their therapist Becci would start her shift early to fit me in. I was already emotional but this act of kindness blew me away. I had 45 (amazing) minutes in the fantastic hydrotherapy pool, a phenomenal aromatherapy massage and the most delicious afternoon tea where everything tasted so good! Everyone I encountered from the young man who met me initially to the lovely lady who served me the tea were all so friendly, professional and kind but I have to dedicate this review to Becci and the lady who took my call because without their thoughtfulness, I wouldn't be feeling as relaxed and happy as I am. Thank You all sincerely ?

Very relaxed evening appointment. Great cut and Amy added a bit of curl so I walked out with bouncy hair. Love it.

I was looking for somewhere that could do mens medium length hair rather than all the usual local barber's where i would end up with something i didnt want and have no control over the result. Sharon did a great job in listening to what i wanted and did a good cut that im really happy with and was exactly what i was looking for. Nice to have such experienced stylists in herne bay.

Have to be honest and say that Jamie always looks after my naturally curly hair so well, had some disasters over the years but Jamie always knows how to cut and colour just as I like it. Thank you again to you and all your team as they are all lovely and friendly.
