Such a lovely friendly venue. Amy made me feel comfortable and at ease. Talked me through all my options. Offered advice and my cut and blow dry was perfect. Could not stop looking at myself in shop windows. Lol.

We had a little spa day and massage with afternoon tea on 12th May.
Hot tub was lovely had a extreme amount of chlorine in and found 3 whole tabs on my chair which I took out till we was done as it was already burning my eyes. It would be perfect if it had a steam room to get the real spa feel.
Massage was amazing my husband I couldn't fault Claire she was professional and extremely good best massage I have had it years.
Afternoon tea was really yummy and quiche was very good. Over all really nice day just glad we paid the groupin price.

I booked the hot tub; a facial and afternoon tea for my boyfriend’s birthday. I didn’t know what to expect since I’ve only ever done something like that abroad. Kelly gave really good advice.
I ordered some Prosecco, which was ready for us, by the hot tub.
Then we had the facial. It was much more than I expected and we could have it together in the same room.
Tea was lovely. It was obvious that it was home made. Delicious quiche and beautiful bread and some more Prosecco.
We both felt so relaxed after everything. It’s s lovely spa; friendly staff and we are more than happy to recommend it to our family and friends.

I love that Jaimie tells me what style will suit me and will work to deliver the best outcome. Another different style. Love love. Thank you. All other staff are top notch and make the atmosphere a really welcome one. Will return as always.

We were made very welcome and had a brilliant spa morning and a lovely afternoon tea.

It was my birthday present, premium package treatment...I guess that was not enough for Mettyears staff to create an excting atmosphere for me. In short: service level is very low, pool needs a thorough clean, my hair appointment from the 250£ package was just forgotten. Cafe was not working on the day (and i stayed there from 10.20 to 3.30) and at the end I was completely forgotten by everybody and silently just walked away. On a different note the beautician Becci was as helpful and professional as you can be when you are overbooked. Apart from her amazing magical hands I wouldn't like to come back or recommend this place.

Did hydro first then afternoon tea. Staff member who dealt with us was lovely helpful and attentive.

Had my first visit here and was very pleased with my cut done by Myles. He gave great advice, was friendly and made me feel relaxed. Only negative experience was when another staff member came along during my cut to quiz my hairdresser about a booking he had made for about 5 minutes, which distracted him and broke the ambience. I thought this conversation could have been had at the end of my booking rather than during. Otherwise very happy and would use again.

Had my first visit to Mettyear’s today for a haircut with Leah. really happy with the outcome, already booked my next appointment. I would also like to thank Rosie for my relaxing hair wash and massage can’t wait for the next one. Thank you both. Salon has a nice friendly relaxing atmosphere.

Brought of Groupon, every one was welcoming and hair cut from Lauren was great, she talked me through how to style my hair which was really helpful will definitely be going back .

We visited Mettyears as a (fairly chaotic) group of 14 on a hen do for the afternoon. They were so lovely and kind - and dealt with the chaos brilliantly. Everyone had an aromatherapy massage, which they loved, followed by Prosecco in the amazing hydrotherapy pool. We then had afternoon tea, which was delicious and also catered really well to the various dietary requirements. We had a very happy bride at the end of the afternoon so thank you Jamie and team!

Lovely experience from start to finish. Lauren is excellent, my hair looks and feels amazing. So happy with the result!

Nice friendly therapist who chatted but also let me relax! Feet feel lovely and nails sparkle…what more could I ask?

Gorgeous cut and colour and lovely chat with talented Matt. I was surprised at having to pay for my coffee as I've never had to do this at any other salon; especially, when paying a significant amount for the service. The lady was very abrupt when I queried it.

Me and my husband attended today via the Groupon voucher. We were not disappointed, what an amazing place, we both feel so refreshed and relaxed. We started with the hydrotherapy pool which was amazing and a great way to unwind, I had a facial and my husband a deep tissue massage, we were beaming ear to ear afterwards. The afternoon tea was the icing on the cake, absolutely delicious. Cant wait to come back again. Thank you to all at Mettyear's spa

Hydrotherapy and afternoon tea. What a beautiful spa & fantastic place. It surpassed all our expectations. My best friend and I absolutely loved it. The Managing director whom I liaised with after a problem with a voucher could not have been anymore helpful. You must try this place if you want to have a lovely relaxing day.

We came on the groupon voucher. Everything was absolutely exceptional. Friendly staff, lovely jet spa, towels, robes. Superb facial and delicious afternoon tea. Cannot wait to come back.

Excellent massage lovely food. Shower room needs a lot of work though, one shower with a broken door that doesn’t shut.

Amazing, for someone who has never had their legs waxed before she made me feel so calm and relaxed, didn’t hurt at all!! Such a lovely person aswell. Couldn’t recommend anyone better

Jamie has been managing my hair for several years, but todays visit was the most challenging - how to colour and style new growth hair after most of it had fallen out. He managed to colour it my creamy blond without using harsh bleach and styled it for future growth. After feeling very unfeminine for several months, he made me feel a million dollars!

Lauren listened carefully to the cut my daughter wanted and executed it beautifully. She was polite and chatty and more daughter is thrilled!

Another delightful visit to the salon with Matt again. Always bubbly and friendly and always come out feeling fabulous, Thank you

My mum and I had a wonderful time here today. We had private use of the hydrotherapy pool, a treatment each and afternoon tea.
The whole experience was relaxing and delightful. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
My back massage was fantastic, and my mum loved her facial.
The afternoon tea was delicious and plentiful. Fantastic service all round, thank you so much.

My 9 year old daughter decided she wanted to have her hair completely restyled. Matthew was totally brilliant with her, he listened to everything she wanted and made sure she was comfortable and happy with every step he did. She walked out the salon a completely different person (literally) she was beaming with joy and very confident. She will differently be back.

First time to have full head of highlights. Love the colours Jamie chose. Cut perfect too. Fabulous.
