I’m absolutely in love with the end results from my visit today! Cal heard what I wanted and absolutely delivered! It’s been a long time since I’ve felt so good about my hair. The service was just so lovely and chilled on what looked like a very busy Saturday morning and he really took the time and care to make sure I was 100% happy when I left. My hair wash was an added bonus-felt amazing! Will be coming back and recommending to people! Thank you

Excellent service professional but friendly

First time visiting with my 8 year old daughter, easy booking system was the first tick quick appointment time not a long wait was the next. lovely clean salon inside. Katie was professional and polite and kept my daughter entertained whilst delivering a great haircut on a fidgerty chatter box ! Thank you will definitely be back.

The best hairdressers for miles around. I have been used to London salons and this salon is easily as good if not better. Always bet positive feedback from friends and family after a visit. Great staff and relaxing atmosphere. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs a decent haircut!

I had a balayage, haircut, and styling done by Katy, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the result! The color transition looks so natural and soft, and the haircut gave my hair a fresh, healthy look. Katy was professional, attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. Highly recommend her work!

So pleased with my lash extensions by Stavry. They are so soft and natural looking just like I wanted and Stavry enhanced my eyes with the shape and length of the lashes. I can't even feel them. Absolutely over the moon. Thank you 😊

I had russian eyelash extensions and the lady who did them (sorry I didn't get your name ) was absolutely amazing , she was careful and asked me how I was doing the whole way through , I am so very happy with them and I've booked in for my infill in 3 weeks , thankyou , I am usually quite anxious going somewhere new with someone I don't know and laying with my eyes closed for over an hour , but honestly I felt very relaxed

I haven't been able to get to Mettyears over the past few months due to illness. My hair has desperately needed my roots done, and a good tidy up. It was lovely to come back today for some much needed hair care. Thank you Sharon for carrying out your magic. I am delighted with the result. Unfortunately, I am due to go back into hospital for an operation and although asked I was unable to commit to another appointment at the moment. But I will definitely be back. Thank you Sharon.

My first visit to Mettyears and I wasn't disappointed. Easy to book online, a nice environment and my therapist was very good.

Katie is an absolute gem! Due to changes in my health, my hair had taken a bit of a beating, and I was really unhappy in myself. Katie talked me through my options, and advised me on how best to care for my hair. I am so grateful. I feel like a completely different woman!

Popped in for a last minute blow dry whilst visiting family in Kent for the Easter weekend - and was so impressed by the salon and overall service. The stylist Callum was super professional, really friendly & chatty and worked quickly (as I was the last appointment of the day). He did a fabulous job of turning my wavy, often hard-to-manage hair into frizz-free, soft curls - which received so many compliments that evening! I’ll definitely re-book next time I’m down in HB! Thank you!

Callum is an amazing hairdresser. All the treatment I receive from him, in my mind, is perfect. Very polite & knows what he is doing & always asks if I'm happy with each part of the procedure he carries out. Callum is also very gentle. Would 100% recommend him.

Very professional, relaxed and friendly. Perfect mix of fantastic customer service but friendly to make you feel confident and relaxed. Myles does a lovely job of my hair. I always come out with hair that feels beautifully thick and glossy, and cut and coloured how I like it.

Callum gave me a gorgeous set of full head of foils today. And the hair wash, head massage and treatment was, as always so relaxing. I have always struggled in salons but at mettyears I am made to feel comfortable and relaxed from the minute I enter, from the reception, and the other stylists. I come away with a bounce in my step (and my hair) every time.
I also want to mention Amy, who I noticed today how caring she was for an older client, also to the point of taking her outside and waiting and watching until her lift arrived. It was genuinely beautiful to see.

I had a 30 min aromatherapy massage. I left feeling relaxed and the tension in my shoulders had completely gone!

Lovely facial . Very relaxing and suitable products used for my skin . Very pleased.

Claire was very informative and offered advice on considerations for the future. I was very pleased with the outcome of my session today, completely relaxing atmosphere that made me feel more confident and happier with my appearance. Thank you Claire.
