I am in love with my haircut! My hair was trimmed so well and it’s hard to find a hairdresser this good. Definitely recommend!!!

Hair salon phobia - but finally found a brilliant stylist. My hair was really great - but actually still looked good after a week with my own blow drying attempts. Would definitely recommend.

As soon as one steps over the threshold of 83 The High Street, Gravesend - a comforting sense of ‘relax - you are in very safe hands takes over and it truly is a positive experience.

Jay was very friendly and created a really great shape and style- thank you.

Have had to leave a hairstylist who I had used for many years,I had to find a comparable one .I chose to go to True hairdressing.Excellent stylist,I was nervous after having the same hair dresser for so many years but I am very pleased with this Salon and stylist Helen.

As always, excellent friendly service. I had a lovely hairwash and massage followed by a great cut and style.

She goes through exactly what she’s going to do with the colour and it turned out 100% better than I thought. Highly recommend .

Visited today for long hair cut and blow dry, had a great experience, greeted on arrival, offered drink and magazine, and had a great haircut. Very nice atmosphere in salon, good facilities and great haircut, staff very friendly. Will be returning!

Wonderful customer service. They initially ask what they exactly need. Laura explained me the procedure and was a wonderful person. At the end, she was bit not happy with the outcome of my hair like me. But after going home , I just brushed my hair and looks so good. Thank you Laura for the good service. Also the person who did hair wash was superb.

I have been going to True Hairdressing for many years and the service is amazing. Phil who cuts my hair each time is incredible. Phil and his wife Jayne own the salon. Their team is so friendly and helpful. This is truly the hair salon to go to for the extra care and friendly service.

I was fed up with my natural salt and pepper hair which really wasn’t the colour I hoped it would be . I went for a consultation with Jade and didn’t really know what I wanted but Jade did . We moved away from the subtle and went bold and I’m absolutely delighted with the result

Phil put my hair up for a family wedding recently. I had chosen True Hairdressing based on the online reviews as I don’t live in the area, and I wasn’t disappointed. The style was beautiful and stayed in place overnight. I received many compliments, so overall very pleased and would definitely recommend.

Not too sure if it was Jade who looked after me today, but I came in for a trim which was much needed & months overdue. She was extremely friendly & made me feel warm and welcome at True by offering me drinks and providing me with lots of information before we trimmed and shaped my hair. Thank you, you will see me in a few weeks!

I booked an appointment to have my hair taken up at this salon for a wedding that I was attending based upon a recommendation as I don’t live in this area.
The experience was faultless from start to finish, Philip immediately put me at ease with both his manner and professionalism.
My only request was that I didn’t look like an egg afterwards and he had free rein to do what he wanted as I only had one photo for inspiration.
I can definitely say that my hair looked stunning and I was very happy with it

Today was my first time having my hair cut at True. I had a great experience, the customer service was fab, the salon was lovely and calm and my hair looks wonderful.

I had the most wonderful colour and cut with Jade today. As it was my first time having a colour at true (and my first colour in a while) Jade talked me through my options and turned out we were on the same page. She was also so great with the advice on my cut which was so helpful! I had my little girl with me and Jade so was so great helping me keep her entertained all day! Will definitely be coming back!!

Working with Laura on altering my hairstyle has been an adventure, which is work in progress. Very happy with how things are going.

Another fantastic hair cut, so happy. Not had one bad hair cut since been coming here with Laura and jade xx
