Laura achieved my colour expectations yet again. Chilled and relaxed, I left with a great cut, such soft hair after colour- very happy that True and their great team are going above and beyond every time xx

My experience was very bad,. The service what I get was not what I was expecting. My experience is do highlights different way and not like I get and very expensive for actually nothing .

Phil was friendly & helpful, as were other members of staff I had contact with. Very happy with the cut. Lovely salon. Will definitely return.

Excellent service, including advice about tint colour and a haircut that is always admired by friends and family. Super coffee and biscuits. The music was not to my taste though.

As ever Kate was professional and gave me the 5 star treatment I have come to expect at True. Even though I have been going to this salon for 10+ years now, Kate treats every hair cut like it’s a new style and makes sure I leave feeling like a million dollars. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Phil was great with our 4 year old. He did a lovely job with her hair and overall it was a great, relaxed experience. My daughter keeps asking for Phil to cut her hair again!

I love the professionalism of true having had my haircut by Phil and colour by Katie for a long while now. I always look forward and enjoy my visits, so with this in mind I booked a Caci course with Harriet.the in house beauty therapist She is a mind of beauty information and goes above and beyond, sharing her wealth of beauty knowledge. Harriet is an asset to the salon.

I have just had my eyebrows shaped and tinted, Harriet seemed to know what I wanted before I even said anything. She managed to shape my brows in a way that looked like I had had a mini eye lift.
I loved my “mocha” gel nails too. The colour really suits me and I only chose it as part of her recommendation. I definitely want to book in for a CACI facial now!
