Well what can I say, just fabulous to be back in the salon this morning for a cut and blow dry and what a lovely atmosphere it was. Thank you Sarah for sorting my mop out, as always you've done a brilliant job I'm so grateful.

I thoroughly recommend this salon. The staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. The salon itself is lovely. Great massage chair whilst having your hair washed. They take time for you and are never rushed when I attend. Sarah remembered me, which surprised me as I haven’t been able to attend that frequently. The COVID contingency measures were also exemplary and I felt very safe.

Quite a dramatic restyle done really well and Sarah spoke me through the whole process.

I used to come and have my hair styled by Karen but saw BB today, i am just getting my hair back after cancer treatment and she put me at ease totally, seeing me in a private room, she shaped my hair for me so that it can grow it into a nice shape, visit has boosted my confidence and lifted my spirits , thank you and hope to see you again soon

I took a very last minute appointment but didn’t get offered the special rate. Never mind I was very pleased to get an appointment especially as we are just about to lockdown again. It is expensive compared with other salons in Faversham but I came out with exactly the style I wanted which isn’t always the case with my regular salon. The team were friendly and totally professional I will definitely be returning for regular appointments. Thank you Sarah xx

I’ve been going to @the lounge for many years and find The whole team excellent. They look after you from the minute you walk in, TIL you leave. A beautiful salon, that’s offers London service at Favershsm prices.

I hadn’t been to the salon for nearly a year but desperately needed my hair sorting out. It was out of condition and the colour/cut didn’t suit me at all. Sarah took a lot of care sorting out the new colour with lots of highlights and I was really pleased with the end result. I couldn’t be happier with the cut, which I really felt was well thought out and means that my hair is a lot more versatile. I won’t be leaving it as long again in the future! Thank you.

Just spent a lovely relaxing morning having the full works of root colour, hi lights and a cut at ‘The Lounge’. Cella is a skilled stylist whom I have known for 12 years, she and her team always do a fantastic job - highly recommended.

Cella has once again transformed my mane from a shaggy mess to a sleek, shiny thing of beauty. This time with the added bonus of a new colour, which I absolutely love.

After years of looking I think I may have found THE salon. Everyone is friendly & welcoming. Balyage by Sarah with amazing colour. A very happy customer.
