Sarah is incredible. I used to be so nervous about getting my hair done in a salon however Sarah makes me feel so comfortable and I come out with the best results! She is truly honest and genuinely wants you to walk out feeling the best you can. Couldn’t recommend enough she is amazing!

It’s been a long time since I’ve been completely satisfied with how my hair has been done. Sarah was brilliant and knew exactly what I wanted. I’m really pleased with the cut and colour. All the staff were lovely. Looking forward to going back.

Firstly the ambiance was warm and welcoming whilst adhering to essential Covid guidelines ie PPE, sterile environment etc. The lovely Betsy warmly greeted me and offered hand sanitiser and provided me with a sealed face mask. She was very caring, kind and professional at all times. The salon was, as always, immaculate! Cella did miracles with my somewhat tired and unshapely hair, discussing every aspect t of the cut with me prior to commencing. She also offered lots of information re my hair and I left walking on air. Thank you all!!!

As usual the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Even though they still have to work with some restrictions in place. Hair cut and balayage were perfect and result was exactly what I wanted!

This is by far the nicest salon around. From the moment you arrive the staff are friendly and welcoming. The decor is lovely and the massage chairs a real treat. Had a lovely blow dry this morning. Thank you

Lovely cut, BB really understood what I wanted.

After not having had my hair done for more than a year because of covid shielding, today’s visit was better than I hoped. My colour and cut are fantastic. Sarah is a wonderful stylist who listens to what you want and is realistic about what can be achieved. I recommend the ginger hair treatment if you have time. My hair was like straw when I came in, but when I left, it was silky smooth.

Enjoyed a great experience at THE LOUNGE today, had a wonderful haircut wash and blowdry from Chella, Harry and the girls - left with beautiful swishy hair and a big smile.

As ever, excellent service and wonderful hair care in serene surroundings. My hair is healthy, shiny and glamorous. Perfect!

For many years I have had my hair cut by a top London stylist but last year when we were first allowed out of lockdown I went to to The Lounge in Faversham where BB cut my hair beautifully so I was keen to book her again as soon as we were allowed she's done a terrific job and everybody thinks I look great thanks BB

I visited the salon today to have my long hair restyled into a bob! BB listened to what I wanted and it was styled exactly how I imagined it! After having around 4.5 inches cut off, I left the salon feeling extremely happy with my new style!
