Chelsea is highly professional, great personality and understands my hair. My visits are always a good experience.

I called to book an appointment for my son & specifically asked how much it would cost . I was told that children's hair was half price . I asked for the exact cost . I was told £25. I spoke to the hairdresser & explained what he wanted done on arrival & my son said do I have enough money . I said I had called & it was £25 . I then asked him to call me once he had finished .,I then left to go have a drink a few shops down . My son is 13 & was going to call me when he had finished . He called & said they were saying he didn't have enough money & that it was £55 !!!!! Outrageous . When I tried to speak to the staff & the manager they just said it's company policy it's on the t&c's !!!!! TONY & GUY are complete rip offs I always have my hair done there . I won't anymore they have lost my custom . I have also put this on Fb & will be telling everyone I know !!!

I wanted and the fact that i was disabled was no problem to any of the staff

The sink I was taken to had brown hair dye all over it, the floor had piles and piles of hair all over it, the chair I was sat taken to was covered in piles of hair, the comb that was used to comb my wet hair was covered in - again - loads of other peoples' hair trimmings, as was the desk/mirror station I was sat at. It was everywhere. I asked the girl to clear it up and a few of them made an attempt with used wet towels. There were at least 4 members of staff standing and chatting at the tills right next to the chair I was on and the floors couldn't have been more obvious.

What happened to cleaning tools between them being used?

They didn't offer to put my shopping bag anywhere so it is now full of hair trimmings having rested it between my feet.

Embarrassingly poor and nowhere near the £60 I was charged for it.

It has really put me off wasting my money at Toni & Guy again, I'll go local from now on.

Lovely hair stylist ( Clair ) great cut.

I had a relaxing shampoo and condition followed by a skilful cut and blow dry with my regular stylist, one of the assistant managers. She has cared for my hair for almost a decade and knows what I like. She advises me on hair care and subtly changes my style to keep my look current but appropriate for my age and.professipnal appearance.

As always an excellent visit to Toni and Guy Bluewater and a great haircut from Sophia.

Toni and Guy can be relied on to give a friendly, highly skilled service every time. Nothing is too much trouble!

Love having my hair cut by Amy. She knows exactly how to manage my hair (thick and frizzy) and I always come out looking sleek with a great style. There's no waiting around as the whole process from hairwash to blow-dry is efficiently run and so you know you'll be out in under an hour for a cut and blow-dry.

The service was very good as usual the girls are very helpful and attentive

Marie has been cutting Alfie's hair for the past 2yrs and she always cuts it brilliantly. She has built up a great relationship with him and us. She laughs and jokes and is more like a friend. The service is excellent! Thank you Marie your a star!

Had a one length cut, went as expected nothing major.

Hi I asked to book with he person who cut my hair before the receptionist said that there was no evening appointments with her and offered me one for Saturday. She did not tell me the Saturday appointment was not with my regular stylist, I could have had an evening appointment with another stylist which would have been much more convenient.

Hair colour carried out well with good result. Salon untidy previously cut hair on counter where I was seated.

I wasn't overly pleased today and I feel that my hair dresser rushed the hair cut. I have had my hair cut for cheaper and better elsewhere. My sister was with me today too and she left the lady didn't listen to what she wanted done. We were both very disappointed. Will not be visiting again.

Excellent service as always. Pleasant experience and I am very pleased with the actual haircut. Done swiftly and efficiently with a chat and cup of green tea.

As detailed in the value below. Hairdressers Claire was lovely and very good with my daughter. My review is about the price.. you really need to review your prices structure for toddlers.. £33.50 for less than 10 minutes is silly! Will not be returing unless the price structure is changed! I was warned about this by other parents but didn't beilive it until actually doing it myself!

I went in there for a complete change of look, both the stylist and also the colourist were fantastic. I had complete faith in both, they also recommended products and showed me how to recreate the look at home.

I have used this Salon for over 2 years. I couldn't go anywhere else. Both Emily and Claire are true professionals. My colour is exactly what I want - so natural. I'm always happy when I leave.

Marcus is a great hairstylist and would recommend him. Salon a little messy although it is such a busy salon probably nobody has the chance to clear up. Price quite steep for a cut and blow dry but I suppose the overheads are too as it's in a shopping centre!! Atmosphere is buzzing, an overall good experience. Great selection of products to purchase before leaving.

Had Marcus today cut my very long needed hair, I am really pleased with the whole experience cut is fab.

I was left very disappointed with the result of my hair dye. The overall result was extremely patchy and I was over charged by £20. When I called in to discuss the matter the manager was extremely rude and not very willing to discuss. After speaking to a colleague she agreed to re-dye and give a refund of the £20 over-charge which is great but during the initial conversation on the phone she was not prepared to take any comments on board and was very standoffish. Does not give the confidence to go back or recommend to friends or family.

I hate going to a salon. I get anxious about the small talk, being judged,getting a bad cut.Anyone who knows me know my really long hair is important to me.I've never had short hair, occasionally getting a side fridge if I felt daring!It's been a long long time going back and forth in deciding to cut it short.i feel a bit drab and wanted a change. Always chickening out.Sometime the stylist talking me out of it.Leading up to the appt I'm googling reviews,not getting great ones,was this a sign?Shall I back out?
My husband came with me,too scared to go it alone.Service upon greeting was fine.Nothing bad or wonderful.I sit and wait for my stylist Hanna.while waiting,I cried, the anxiety is almost too much, I see really young girls and worry my stylist is going to be 12 or something.Ya know, all the irrational thoughts! Hanna meets me and she's lovely, beautiful long hair (I'm thinking she will understand my hair concerns) she gives me time to vent my anxiety, tell her what I want.I'm feeling much better, still nervous.I'm taken to get my hair washed with a massage.The young girl washing my hair was a little timid but asked several times about temperature.She did tell me if she had my hair she wouldn't cut it.Now I'm second guessing this whole thing. Hair washed, staring into the mirror waiting for Hanna I'm thinking wtf am I doing. Hanna isn't pushing /pulling me in any direction.In fact she's taking time to make sure I'm confident in my decision, she's being very thorough.I take the plunge, I hear the snip. I see several staff members watching,some look shocked, some excited,some concerned. But Hanna looks confident while cutting and so I had confidence in her!Before she even started blow drying I loved it.Even after blow-drying it she took extra time to show me how to put waves in it.She really was absolutely marvellous.I now have a lob. I can't stop looking at it. I've sent pics to family and friends and they are astounded I did this.And they love it too!Overall Great cut, great service, very happy! Thank you
