As always, pleased with my cut and great service.

The stylist was fine, but loads of training going on, waiting for someone to rinse my hair, going over my30 minutes..
then having someone rinsing my hair who offered the treatment which she knew nothing about..
the same girl had to dry my hair and I was her first customer, as expected was very nervous had to call someone to give her advice at the end..

My appointment seems to be cancelled a day before due to some excuse happened twice, then having to tell the receptionist that I need my discount fir rebooking my next appointment, to be told oh ok they will give it to me due to my inconvenience caused fir the cancellations, which had nothing to do with it.,

Great new hair style. Girl who washed my hair was friendly and polite. (They make a nice cuppa as well)

Lily was quick and brilliant! Loved my hair! I think one of the best hair cuts I’ve ever had. You may be a bit pricey but with stylists like lily, worth every penny. Would definitely want to book with we again!

Carrie is brilliant. She listens to what you want and her styling is always consistently great. She is friendly and experienced. I always come to Bluewater for a cut and blow dry for Carrie specifically. I hope Toni & Guy appreciate her value.

As always, a perfect haircut. The only hairdresser ever to get a tune out of my very weird hair and consistently so for over 14 years. Special mention this time for assistant Poppy who is utterly charming and sets a benchmark.

The service was great and they were very attentive however it just seemed like they didn't know what they were doing and I had to ask tell what I needed and some cutting looked shabby and it didn't look neat or clean I understand however they normally do women's hair and I'm a man but I personally feel that my normal £10 haircut achieved a lot better result than this £47 haircut did , its very unlikely I will come again however everyone at the shop was very attentive and kind .

Emily who is the hair stylist currently turning my hair from a disaster to amazing! Its a long process to go from my hair which has like 5 different colours of browns/blacks to a balayage. Im amazed at the results after only having 4 sessions! Definitely recommend Toni and Guy as I went in with a picture and they knew exactly what I wanted. :)!

It's a wet dreary Monday morning today and the salon is empty - just me and one other client and traffic is bad so girls are having trouble getting in. But the receptionist greets me with a smile and we chat for a minute. Ashleigh beams at me as always. Hair wash and head massage is wonderful - could easily have drifted off to sleep! Cut and style is as always superb ... and we catch up again on life and hair. I leave feeling ready to face the dreary weather and knowing my hair looks a million times better than when I walked into the salon this morning (my stylist is Ashleigh)

I can't fault Claire for her amazing skills. She is so talented, together with being so friendly and making you feel very relaxed. I always love my cut and walk away more than happy.... a superb service. I often get asked who cuts my hair or am I a hairdresser. Thanks to Clare, she takes out the hassle, by giving me such a good cut and perfect finish.

First experience of having my haircut in a Toni&Guy hairdressers. The overall experience was very luxurious, however some members of staff seemed particularly unenthusiastic. Not sure I would pay this amount of money again for a haircut.

I went in to Toni & Guy on the offchance to see if I could get my hair tidied up. They booked me in with a senior stylist. I explained that I didn't like the long layer in my hair and wanted it to blend in (my hair is very thick and was just past shoulder length) I asked for a long bob. We agreed to take a little bit off the longest length so the layer would look better. I now have a really short layer on top which is longer one side . I asked the lady to curl it with tongs and that also looked bad. The short bit on top was sticking out. I came straight home and washed it again and tried to re-style it. I will go to another salon today and ask their opinion on the cut. Only positive is that the staff are polite. I'm very disappointed and I paid £62.00 for it.

I had the worst salon experience of my life. My colourist left me to have her hair washed by juniors, resulting in mine turning green. Also my stylist left to me to have my hair blow dried by a young lady still training whilst she cut her uncle and aunts hair. I also suffered rude behaviour from a sylist who decided it was a great idea to have 4 people standing on chairs above my head cleaning the mirrors above me. This is a large salon, why clean where your only customer is sitting. Refused to pay because I was in tears, was made to still pay £120. It time I've ever had to complain. Won't be returning.
