TONI&GUY Bluewater in Dartford

Tried to rebook colour appointment and for 3 days could not get through via their call centre, when I did I was charged £30 for not giving them 24 hours notice, when I raised my concerns I was put through to their customer service department who hung up on me whilst on hold and no call back. sorry Lorraine, you are a superb colourist, and Toni & Guy have now lost a loyal customer of over 10 years as I have had such dreadful customer service for what is supposed to be a premium salon.

One of the best haircuts and blow dry's I've had. The lady I think her name was Tamsin was very friendly and I just felt so relaxed with her doing my hair and the cut was amazing, thank you so much. I will be coming back again and I will recommend my family and friends to her.

I booked with Callum at Toni and Guy Bluewater. I had a consultation with him , showed him a picture of what I wanted… we talked through the cut and he told and showed me at each step what he was doing
Result after many haircuts over the last 18 months I’ve found someone who listens and left the salon very happy can’t recommend him enough. I’ll be back !

I normally always have Claire but she was off so I booked an appointment with a guy called Callum so I was abit nervous as so used to Claire cutting my hair .He made me feel at ease very chatting and friendly and explained everything he was doing great service very nice guy would highly recommend him thank you .

Great service dealt with on time the stylist listened to what I wanted and got a lovely cut, going from long to mid length hair.

Callum is an excellent and confident hairdresser. I wouldn’t go anywhere else as he styles my hair to suit my face shape. He takes pride in his work. Highly recommend him.

Had my hair highlighted and cut sadly not impressed at all! The colour is very poor stylist did not listen, what I didn’t want I got. Hair all different shades, parts of my hair have no highlights on at all. I paid for a full head. The toner applied after was left to a junior which again was also bad. Having had highlights for years and this has been the worse experience ever and cost me over £221 which is shameful by what I thought was a top quality salon. The hair trim i had by another stylist Ashley was good but way over priced.

Felt very safe- lots of precautions and spotted sophia cleaning the station when I was arriving. Great haircut and lovely experience

Not only is he the best male stylist I have ever had, his also a very friendly guy who will always make you leave feeling a million dollars. A true gent and a master of his trade.

Unfortunately Taya got caught in traffic so was 1hr 2o mins late for my early 8am appointment. I am happy with my hair colour and organising my cut with someone else because bring late caused an issue

So pleased with my haircut by Callum. If I’m honest I’ve avoided T&G salon due to their prices but this was worth every penny. I was fortunate to get an appointment before lockdown and came out finally having the hairstyle I’ve been trying to achieve for ages. Callum’s skill, knowledge and advice plus a cheery personality resulted in a very positive and relaxing salon experience. Callum I will be back!

Today i had a fantastic salon exerience with ashlie, she listen to what i wanted and i left feeling great with exactly what i had described.

Came in with the idea of having my past sholder legth hair cut very short, showed an idea photo and he took it to another level! Will definetly coe back only to callum. Hes an esset to the business best hair cut i have had in about 10 years

Chelsea have me the best haircut after a long time. I am so happy with it. Exactly the way I wanted. It. Will definitely come back again. She was so easy to talk to, as if I was speaking to my girlfriend. Loved the whole experience. The salon itself was spotlessly clean.

Long story short, I have low self esteem, but epic hair. I found Callum at the Bromley salon after trying about four other stylists, and he was just awesome. When he left Bromley, I had my hair cut by another stylist and it just wasn't the same. Thankfully, they let slip he'd moved salons!

Callum's a really good guy, clearly loves his job, excellent results each time, with just the right amount of conversation. Highly recommended.
