T&G old reputation can’t hold those prices, Bluewater is not in London!

I came in to get my cut fixed after a disasterous experience at another salon (not a TG salon). My hair was a real mess and I can’t believe how well Sophia fixed it, it’s even better than I had hoped. Sophia knew exactly what to do to correct it and made me feel really confident in trusting her. I’m totally in love with my new cut and can’t recommend Sophia enough. Thank you!!

I have a great stylist/client relationship with Chelsea. She knows me and she knows my fast growing mop. I can honestly tell her to do what she feels is best and because she is genuinely talented and so professional I have never once been disappointed. Long may it continue!

I did not have an apt but still got in for a cut and blow dry. Was very pleased with the results. My stylist had very good advice to give me and understood well what I wanted. I also got some shampoo as T&G stock Kérastase products. Perfect!

I use this Carrie because she is so very good at dealing with my hair. Friends often ask where/who is my hairdresser. The cut is always so very good. Import when you have short straight hair.

I had my hair done yesterday and paid £142 for the colour and £50 for a cut. The colourist was rude and stated that my hair was not good enough to dye and I needed it cut first. Then advised the woman who cut it to cut off more than I wanted. She then dyed by hair. I asked for balayage. And what I was left with was a mess of chunky clumps of colour . A nice woman called Emily fixed it for me today. She said it would take a while now to get the look I wanted to achieve because of the mess ***** had made. Emily has managed to make my hair look do able. And ok. Not at all what I paid for and certainly not worth the 6 hours I wasted. I will be complaining to head office because I've paid a lot of money to get a look that I didn't actually want and lots of hassle and rudeness in between. I will never be visiting Toni and Guy again .

My hair is an absolute mess. I have never ever had hair colour look this bad before and my son could do better than this. And this colour cost me £142???? If this is your most senior colourist what does it say for the rest ? Getting my hair corrected tomorrow but very angry at the time I've wasted and money!!

Wasn't impressed with the level of service - felt like hairdresser didn't have time for me, and she took very little time over it for a fee of £65. Result of haircut was ok, but rushed.

I travel 120 miles for a haircut with Sophia, which pretty much tells you how good she is and I have done this now for years. Not only the best stylist I’ve ever had she has also become a friend and we laugh and chat the whole time she is at work. It’s a pleasure coming to the salon as everybody else from reception to Juniors are always polite, welcoming & professional.

Absolutely fantastic! I actually look like a completely different person from when I went in! All the dead end hair bits have gone and I’ve got a a great winter chic cut! My head was given an amazing massage to start off the session and it looks and feels great, so I feel great ! Thank you SO much Marie and team!

The first time I saw Lily, she suggested a blunt cut, which no-one had ever suggested previously, and it was the best advice I ever took! Since then, she has always done a fantastic job with my wiry, unruly hair!
Oh, and the head massages are awesome, too!

My boyfriend treated me to baleyage ,haircut , and treatment. I came 3 times to be able to book appointment as no one had a time to see me for consultation. I work at Bluewater so I though would be perfect have hair done at my local T&G . As I got there I asked hairdresser who was doing my hair about the hair colour I wanted to get . I had ombré already and wanted baleyage so go lighter much higher. She did say it will get lighter maybe not as light as I want. I said ok as I had my natural hair colour and my hair bleach very easy and quick I said fine if will get lighter that's fine . After about 2,5 hrs at hairdresser I was having my hair cut and blow dry the colour looked exactly the same as before . ***** came over and she said to me that she doesn't know why and how it happened. And she offer to do it again week after . As I was leaving didn't know my boyfriend paid over the phone £191 and my hair looked exactly the same . I was so upset for him to pay , I came back to work day after and my friends hairdresser who work with me checked my hair and even cut wasn't straight . I went to ask for refund they told me that can't do refund and I have to have my hair done again with them . I said ok so should be on Friday 3pm I got call around 12 o clock that they have to cancel my appointment as that person who suppose to do my hair called sick . I got really upset asked for refund as I really had to get my hair done (fixed) before weekend they said that I need to call head office they can't do anything. I had to go to the shop speak to another manager show him my hair and then after about 20 min conversation I got refund . I am so disappointed with the service . I am make up artist myself work in retail for many years so I know exactly how the refund policy is and how good customer service should look like it was far from it ! My friends very giving me very bad feedback bout Bluewater T&G but I though I try myself and I am so disappointed.

I have been coming to the salon for 15 years and for the majority of those Carrie has been my stylist. She knows my hair so well and I am always happy with the way she cuts and styles my hair. I look on her as a friend rather than my hair stylist.
