I was extremely impressed from beginning to end. I walked in without a booking and was booked an appointment for an hours time. All staff in the shop were very pleasant, professional and very helpful. Every detail concerning my appointment was at a high standard.

The lady who washed my daughters hair was as sweet as ever. So careful to accommodate my 5 year old. Emma who cut my daughters hair was her usual friendly self and am very happy with the service and cut for my daughter. However, the lady who answered my 10.00 am call to book my appointment sounded aggitated and fed up just having to book an appointment! The shop also looked like it could do with deep clean. Chairs were torn at the handles, stylists and junior staff were stepping over cut hair that was unswept off the floor what looked like for hours. No one bothered to clean it up! Just a disgusting mess! Sort yourselves out T&G Bluewater.... visit one of your other branches for some inspiration or a competitor! I think twice where I would give my £30 for. Blow dry.... in a dirty, rude receptionist place or in a spotless, 5 star establishment like *salon name removed* for £20!!
Emma our stylist was superb... everything else was 0 stars!! Needed a antiseptic douche after our visit today!!

The results are amazing, only downside that half of my treatment was done by a trainee who said she was doing it for the first time. Which was slightly worrying.
Initially I felt that my hair is burnt with the way it was ironed but after the wash it looked better.
Suggestion: if they have to substitute the specialist to trainee then charge less for such an expensive treatment.

Taya is always brilliant. She has coloured my hair for about 18 months now. I’m always super happy with everyone at Tony and guy , bluewater.

My colourist and colour is lovely. I had a younger girl wash and blow dry my hair and she was a bit rough. My head feels a bit bruised from all the pulling.

I've been seeing Ellis for haircuts for nearly a year now and she's a great hairdresser and good comoany . She always listens to what you want and comes up with good suggestions. Reception staff are always friendly and helpful. This salon is ideal for any busy working parent, as appointments can be booked late/early 7 days a week. Also an added bonus getting a discount when you book in advance!

Whenever I have my hair cut here, every stylist I have always listens to how I would like my hair cut. Even if their advice means cutting it a little different, it always turns out beautifully and how I like it. The service is always so friendly too! I could never get my hair cut anywhere else!

I had wanted a very short cut for a while but didn't have guys to get it done but on a first meet up I instinctively knew and trusted Marcus to create a drastic new look for me from long flat hair to a funky short layered style. He knew what would suit my face shape and was extremely helpful in showing me how easy it is to maintain. I have signed up for another appointment straight away. I found the service very professional and personable.

Great experience, booked last minute on the app and got a call to confirm. Really impressed with my blow dry lasted till the next day!
Only negative thing was I was asked by the young girl washing my hair which treatment I would like £5,10,£15 I told her the £5 would be fine. But I was charged at the till for £10. I didn’t feel that was worth it at all. I would return but wouldn’t pay extra for a hair treatment.

I’ve been having my hair cut by Ashlie for almost 3 years...I travel all the way from Surrey...that’s how good I think she is!!

The fact that Sophia has cut my hair pretty much since the beginning of time says a lot. She is the only person I trust to do it, not that it would be that hard for somebody else but still she’s the only one that has kept me returning every 6-7 weeks.

Despite knowing exactly what I want (standard boring haircut) she still try’s to offer me products and offers great service, which is pretty funny considering I turn them down every time.

Sophia is that great that she even did my wife’s hair for our wedding day!

She listens to my problems too which means Toni &Guy also acts as counselling service to keep me in the right track.

I popped in as was in dire straights of a haircut
On arrival I needed a wee and was directed to the toilets . I am afraid I had to hover as they were absolutely filthy .
I was then directed to the backwash where on leaning back I was forced to look at the air conditioning unit that had cobwebs hanging off and the ducts were completely full
The girl that cut my hair did a good job , but I don’t think I will be returning to the salon as the cleanliness was awful

Enjoyed the experience. Salon was cold which is not great with wet hair. Colourist Lorraine is brilliant. Stylist Sophia is brilliant. Too both work well together. Apprentice should also get a mention. She was Holly and competent.
