She is brilliant ! Hanna has been my hairdresser for over 4 years and is amazing -I travel over 1/2 hr to her as she always does a Lovely cut -I couldn’t recommend her more -she understands what I want and once rectified the hair cut by some one else -I have tried hair cuts at different places but have never changed since Hanna has been looking after me

Emily was great and I’m really pleased with my colour but my blow-dry (by one of the girls in black t-shirts) was awful - she took 40 minutes to dry my short bob, was too chatty - turning the hair dryer off every time she spoke (even though I was barely talking back) she took forever, so long that I asked her not to straighten it. I spoke to Emily at the end who arranged for a qualified hairdresser to straighten it so she sorted out to her credit and was professional about it but someone needs to speak to the girl drying my hair because it was truly awful. I am a regular and love this salon but this was the worst experience I’ve had here.

I don't have a lot of hair these days , typical 48 yr old , losing hair , slightly over weight slightly self conscious always thinking my t shirt makes me look fat and is my hair sticking up because the wind blew slightly earlier or i turned my head to fast..typical guy who walks round Bluewater thinking i;d like to look at least a little bit cool ?? ...i check out my jeans and trainers and the t shirt and think ...not bad ..still got it , but then BOOM a mirror !!! whey hey time to check that Toni and Guy hair cut....rocking gangsta happening looking good George Clooney Brad Pitt damn i'm thinking i could star in Ocean's 8 if i look any cooler ! then reality kicks in and i meet the wife who say's , see you been in to see Marcus ,hair looks really nice , yep i say smiling , not bad for a 48 year old :) obviously i take any credit i'm given and make out that i almost ddi it myself but always knowing it's Marcus helping my hair to stay looking current , fresh and well groomed .So to Marcus i say thank you my man and see you in a few weeks time ..

The booking staff are courteous and friendly.

However, please don't blow other people' s hair at my face next time. I wished the stylists next to me would have been more considerate and alert! It was very unpleasant and I expected better attitude from a high profile salon stylist.

Love the haircut! Definitely not easy working with my type or hair, and Sophia managed to do a great job, with a professional and classic look. She is also very kind and engaging with her clients.

I needed to get my hair done and I had never been to T&G before. I read some reviews which left me feeling unsure.
However, I got an application straight away, the salon was buzzing with clients and stylist. I had the lovely Ellis cut my hair she is an absolute star. We laughed and chatted and she really paid attention to me. My hair is lovely and she did it just as I wanted. I would go back the only thing that would prevent is the cost, but otherwise a really lovely experience.

Aimee used cut my hair for years but not now for several years. She was a fantastic as ever. Love my short choppy cut. The new salon is also great.

Friendly staff and a good haircut but for £58 I would have expected to be offered a drink or even a magazine. I have fairly long hair and the whole service took just half an hour, it felt rushed but the cut was good so no complaints there.

1st visit today, was a last minute decision. I had a cut and blow dry and was really pleased with the result.

I thought Carrie was fantastic. She took time to talk about what I wanted and the end result was stunning. A true professional. Hope to come back soon!

This is my second visit this time for 8 months old baby girl, i must say i am 100% satisfied this lady Ellis is a wonderful person so humble and kind and obviously perfectionist with her skills its difficult to handle kids but both of the time with my son and my daughter today it’s worth going there Thankyou so much for providing such a good service and i am totally happy with the stylist (Ellis) she is a great person.

Can’t remembee her name, but to say I don’t normally put lines in hair and couldn’t even do what I asked is the biggest waste of money

Although the experience was v good the hike in price from my last appointment was astronomical how can £10 in 6 weeks be right?

Was happy with how my hair was cut but disappointed with the service, had my gown put on without any interaction from the receptionist, who was talking to her colleague at the time making me feel like a child having her coat put on by an adult, I was then left waiting and received no apology for the lateness, then sent to hair wash, again no interaction. My experience was similar to being on a conveyer belt.
