Great cut by I think it was Carrie, she offered her opinion and was more than willing to take more off when I requested. She was great, sadly let down by the service.

Converted me from barbers to stylists. Also sophia was alot better to look at than a bald man. Top quality cut from her.

I’ve recently had major surgery and my husband bought me in for a wash & blow dry to give me a well needed “pick me up”.

Overall experience was good and I was happy with my hair once completed, although I don’t feel that stylists should be commenting on how much they don’t earn at your salon! I don’t think it’s professional and felt a little uncomfortable.

I also think that the price of a wash & blow dry should have been stated when I booked in - I realise that you are a high end salon, but didn’t expect to pay £45 for the service I received, especially when the stylist has commented that she doesn’t work there “for the money”.

On this basis, I’m not sure I could afford to visit on a regular basis.

Aimee is amazing. She is professional and cuts hair to a very high standard. I will only book with her and I have been coming regularly for many years

Worst cut ever had to call her back to check it again long bits of hair missed

I don't know the name of the stylists as they didn't actually introduce themselves. Just felt like the staff wanted to be somewhere else rather than there. The colourist offered me a coffee which I didn't get and later on someone offered me a tea which came back looking like dishwater. On the plus side the haircut was great,but it felt tainted due to the indifference of the staff. I will think carefully before returning and would be reluctant to recommend to a friend. This is the second time I've been - the first time was amazing and I expected those high standards to have been demonstrated consistently- such a shame!!
